I've been shopping at Nutrition World for several years now. The staff is so helpful and answer any question that I may have. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a great variety of products and a knowledgeable staff.

Review: I placed an order on 08/**/2014. #[redacted] To this day- I have not received my order, a refund, and am unable to get any type of customer service. I have called the company weekly since August; always there generic voicemail asking to leave a message. I have not received 1 call back. I have sent a dozen emails asking for an order update and for the past 2 months a refund. I have had 1 response in October stating my order was going to be processed. Nothing has happened since then. My order still shows in process. I cannot cancel it. My numerous requests for a refund have gone unanswered. I purchased 90% of my products online. This is by far the worst company I have ordered from. No product delivery and absolutely NO service. I have wasted a lot of time I do not have on trying to get ahold of a live person at this company with no success for resolution. I will never be purchasing from this company in the future and warn others with my experience.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for my order completed immediately with confirmation.

Review: An order was placed online with the merchant on Sep ** and I have not received the items ordered. The company was contacted in early-October, at the time, they promised to expedite the order. A week later, the order was still not processed. I called and left a message to cancel the order and asked for refund on my debit card that was charged. An email was received the next day that stated the request has been forwarded to someone to process. Almost 2 weeks has gone by, and I have yet to get any response from the merchant, aside from the email stating "the refund will take some time".Desired Settlement: A refund is due back to my card if the web store is unable to meet the demand.

Review: This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. They are making their prices extremely low to entice people to buy from their website and when people make a purchase their money is gone and they never receive a product. I have went on their [redacted] page and it also seems that they are sending out fake tracking numbers for packages. They are not refunding anyone of their money. This website needs to be shutdown so people can stop being scammed and the owners of this website need to be imprisoned. People can not get away with robbing others of their hard worked money. I am lucky to have the advantage of knowing I can use these outlets but there are hundreds of people out their who do not have the resources I do to do anything about it. Please stop this from continuing.Desired Settlement: I want my money to be refunded to my credit card and I want everyone else who has suffered a loss to get their money back. This company has to be shut down.

Review: Placed an online order Aug [redacted]. Have not recieved the items ordered. Payment was made at the time of order for $33.48,

Company has not responded to e-mails or customer service calls.Desired Settlement: This business is possibly a sham operation. They use the same logo and website design as NutritionWorld.Com which is a Florida

based nutrition company. Yet according to NutritionWorld.Com the two companies are in no way, shape or form affilliated with

each other.

Review: I placed an online order with Nutrition World on 8-**-14. After sending a follow up e-mail on 9-**-14 I was told it would take 3 weeks since they were having to manually fill the orders. I sent an email on 10-**-14 to let them know I still haven't received my order. I told them on 10-**-14 I would like to cancel my order. This is what I was told by [redacted]:

It is now 11-**-14 and I had to send another email today asking when I was going to get my Money refunded.

You can call, but you have to leave a message...Desired Settlement: I just want my money back!!!

Review: I ordered two products from this company on August **, 2014, it is now October **, 2014 and I have not seen the items. It seems like they have taken payment for them, but no items have arrived at my home as of yet. I have contacted them twice, through their website, with no communication back to me. Both times I was requesting information about where my shipment was in process. I contacted them once in September and again in October. When I go the status of the shipment of my order it says it was shipped (by the time I went to look at where it was in process) in mid September. Nothing has changed on it's status...Desired Settlement: it is at the point where I am willing to buy these items here at home, rather than wait any longer, even if it means they will cost more. Because I do not know if, or when, I will receive the items I ordered. I am done waiting for them. I would like a refund of my $36.15 (US)

Review: This business has not provided the goods which I paid for through [redacted]. The business will not respond to repeated emails sent. [redacted] page reveals that many others are receiving the same treatment. There do not seem to be any customers who are satisfied. Various other sites also have the same stories of this business regarding non-delivery after payment, and failure to respond to numerous requests.There is a business in Florida with the same name and they are being adversely impacted by confusion with this scam operation.Desired Settlement: This business should be closed down and legal action taken against the operators.

Review: There are a couple complaints, but really would just like my money back-

1. Advertised a product that was discontinued and no longer available. 3 weeks after I placed the order (with specific instructions to call me if this was an unavilable product or could not be on my doorstep in 3.5 weeks to call me asap) I called them to figure out where the order was, and was told over the phone that they couldn't get me that item. I informed them I did not want a product substitution, and wanted a full refund. I was informed that would be fine.

2. It is almost 3 months later and I have still not received my refund. The company does not answer their phones, the voicemail is full, and the company does not reply to emails.Desired Settlement: My order id is #[redacted] and the amount I was charged is $73.10. As they promised to take care of 2.5 months ago, I would like my credit card credited.

Review: I ordered from this company on September [redacted] 2014. After sending them numerous email about how mad I was that that as of the beginning of October my products had not arrived. They replied with an email saying they would refund my money since I was not going to receive my products any time soon. Since then I have emailed then asking about when they will process my refund and have gotten no response. From looking at their [redacted] page there are numerous complaint of them not responding to people and people being promised refunds that they are not receiving.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back so that I can take my business else where. I have saved all emails with my order number and info on my card being charged if they are needed.

Review: Ordered product and was told product would ship within 48 hours on the website - never received the product however they took my money. Have filled out several requests for them to contact me. Have called their number several times and their voice mail box is full so cannot leave a message.Desired Settlement: It would be nice to get the product, however, if I ever receive it I will not order again due to this problem. They will lose alot of customers this way.
