Review: I placed an order for white mulberry tea on Jan **, 2014, order # [redacted]. My account was debited $10.86. I have emailed the company numerous times since. The first email I received a response, and was informed they had a water main break, but they would get my order out. Never received it. Since then, no one will respond to my email and I still have not received the item for which I have already paid.Desired Settlement: I am no longer interested in this company's product(s) due to the issues I've had with their customer service and delivery as noted by my complaint. I just want my money back now.

Review: In August 2014, I ordered a product. They charged my credit card and never sent any product. When I contacted them, they said it was on back order. Shouldn't they have waited until product was shipped to charge my card? I waited a few more weeks, then I asked for a refund. They said ok. But for a month now, they have been telling me they will look into it. Still no refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund.

Review: I placed an order on 7/**/2014 and received confirmation of the order via email and my credit card was charged the following day. I have yet to receive the product. The last 3 days, I have made several calls to the business with the only option of leaving a voice mail. I have also contacted them via their website asking about the delivery status of the product. No response to date.Desired Settlement: I want the products I paid for delivered. Very simple.

Review: I ordered a product from this company for a health issue on 9/**/14 and as of 10/*/14 I still have not received it. I have sent emails, left phone messages and called repeatedly (no one ever answers the phone) and I have heard no response to any of my efforts.Desired Settlement: I would like my payment to be refunded for the cost of the item and for the shipping I paid. The cost of these two was not great, I would like my money back, but more importantly I want them to be responded to by authorities!!! I think they are running a scam!

Review: I placed an order with Nutrition World via their website, nutritionworld.info, on July *, 2014. On July **, I received an email telling me the order had shipped. By July **, I hadn't received the item and emailed their customer service ([redacted]). I received a response that same day, stating that the item was out of stock and I could either order another item of similar value or request a refund. I responded that same day to let them know I wanted a refund. They then responded that they had "pushed your refund request through to our refund personnel for processing." On August **, I emailed them again to ask about the status of my refund. I received an email back on Aug. **, stating they "Forwarded your mail to my associates, they will get back to you soon." Still no refund. I emailed again on August ** and August **, and have not received any response.Desired Settlement: Refund the amount of the order, $36.39.

Review: I place an order for 2 of "To-Go Ware 2 Tier Snack Stack Stainless Steel Tiffin - Small" (kind of food container)on the day of 08/**/2014 with the order number in [redacted]. Total price is $26.30I never received the items I bought. I made hundred call to the number provided on the website, never got any answer at all. The message do not work. I also sent email to them. No one answer.I'm afraid that they can abuse may credit card I gave to them.Desired Settlement: I need a refund and an investigation about this company. This is just a scam and there might be other customer give them credit card number.

Review: I ordered a product with this company on 9/**/2014. I have not received the product. When I check order status on the website, it says still processing and am unable to edit my order. It has said that for a couple weeks now. When I tried to call the first 3 times, I got a message that sounded like a home machine with a old outdated message that said they would be out of the office for dates that had long passed. No person answering. I then emailed to check on status with no response. I called again today to a different recording and had to leave a message. My order is paid for. No Customer service or product received. I now feel like my money was just taken!!Desired Settlement: I would like my order and due customer service. I could have went to the store and received this on my own long ago. I would have had I known this.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Nutrition World regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I was contacted back on October [redacted] by email from [redacted] with Nutrition World after my complaint with Revdex.com. It was stated by him that a new system was integrated with their inventory. Also stated that their development team assured him my order was to be completed weeks prior. He stated the email management project was delayed. He then said everything was now set up right and my order was expedited for processing and shipment and I am to receive an email confirmation and tracking in 2-3 days. I never got another email. Never got my product and now have no response to my emails after that. This business is a scam to take your money. They took mine and I want a refund.

Review: I placed an order with this business and after 9 days they did not do any thing with my order. the condition of the order is still "Processing".

I tried to call then several times with no answer. I sent an e-mail and found out the email address if incorrect.

Review: Back on July * I ordered online two quart containers of Neptune's Harvest Organic Garden Fertilizer from Nutrition World. I received an email 7/** that said the order has shipped, and I have yet to find anything. have not received them. I have contacted them multiple times starting July **, and then followed it up with four other emails. They kept telling me it will come in "next week". Have not heard in seven days from them.Desired Settlement: I would like my [redacted] account refunded in the amount of $29.74 and since I am not the only one with this issue (their ** page has other complaints) I'd like to see them investigated.

Review: I purchased vitamin supplements from Nutrition World early September 2013. I never received my products but was charged for the goods. The company posted a statement that mentioned that they were having order issues due to their ordering system crashed. I emailed the company three times and called customer service with no resolution. I contacted paypal and was outside of my 45 day dispute timeframe. I feel like the company Nutrition World had no intention of resolving the issue and just wanted to give the impression of caring long enough to trap me in not getting a refund. I tried to be patient and that patience has allowed this company to scam me out of my money. I am wanting a full refund of my order that was never shipped. Again, the company has had my money for an extended amount of time and I have no productDesired Settlement: Full refund
