Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The changes made are not minor but they are major which is often more than one character in order for it be basically uselessSubsequently in the same patch usually, they try and entice you to buy the new and powerful characterNo one in their right mind would go and spend thousands of dollars knowing that it would be useless in months and to get back the position they were in they have to repeat the process This company hasn’t given us a reset option to use our invested money elsewhere nor have they tried to balance the other weaker characters who are significantly weaker by giving them a boost in strength They have instead been very sneaky, deceptive and unethical in advertising legendary characters( highest tier rarest) and epic characters ( 2nd highest tier ) to entice the players to purchase them only to significantly downgrade them and make them into a common character which in turn gives the paid player no advantage at all It’s clear after playing this game since its beginning this is just a scam to make quick money They need to be made accountable for thisFurthermore, Nway may hold the licence to change the characters, but not the money we spend on talents tree's using their resources(essences and orbs) and they have not provide a way to reset the stats or the resources of the characters that is significantly downgraded from its original value.Sincerely, [redacted]

No one in their right mind would go and spend thousands  of dollars knowing that it would be useless in 2 months and to get back the position they were in they have to repeat the process . Once again I receive a generic response from nway which doesn’t reply to all of my concerns regarding the company. This company has no ethics to rob their consumers of good hard earned money. The terms and conditions do not state that any characters will be reduced severely in game play. They may say that they own the characters rights but they don't suggest that you will downgrade characters so much after people have invested in them.These are not minor changes or I wouldn’t be here writing this email.Recently the lord drakkon character purchase was made in good faith with the previous stats that shows that the quick blade combo is meant to be fast attack, however the recent changes has made the initial attack of the said character to be slow and is not like before which defies the statement that its a fast attack. This shows that my character is being sold under false advertising now as its not doing what it is supposed to do like before. Furthermore, Nway is still continuing to advertise this character the same way after the patch to it. I have attached screenshots to show the character stats and description of the attack which is listed as quick attack, but the recent change has made it become slow attack but yet they kept the old description even on sale.
This is just one of the many other characters affected by the patches nway have made without any resolution to customer that has invested alot such as providing an alternative reset to reallocate resources paid,etc. Hence why I'm seeking a refund after many attempts to get help from their customer support to get answers but got replied with generic replies that is not answered satisfactorily.Sincerely,[redacted]
