ever evolving process as each change can have impacts beyond any one particular Warrior or feature within the game.We ask that you extend understanding that our game, like any other, is an ever evolving process and we are dedicated to making Legacy Wars the best it can be. There will always be changes, improvements and additions in our pipeline and the game is not static. As such we are unable to provide individuals compensation or refund for content changes. If you wish to pursue a refund for any purchase you've made, please contact Apple/Google (depending on device type) directly, as they process every and all purchases made for the game. Alternatively you can contact your financial institution with any questions about funds.

All offers that include a Chance to receive an item are clearly marked multiple times with the description that there is a 'Chance For' the particular item in the box. Additionally these boxes always include other items such as currencies and character upgrades for randomized Warriors.

I am rejecting this response because:Would make sense if person has no knowledge of Power Rangers. Any fan knows green candle refers to first season story about the green ranger. Plain and simple you used deceptive marketing to lure customers into purchasing thinking they would get the green ranger. Consist with a dishonest business model. Maybe you should add an agreement that the purchaser understands it's not the character, but a chance to get the character. You won't because no would buy except maybe a hacker who isn't paying with real money anyways.

As with any character based game, it is important to us that we continually balance characters to provide the best experience possible both for the player an the opponents a player face in player vs. player combat. On occasion, as with any other games, balance changes will be made over time as...

No character is ever considered 'permanent' in their current state and functionality; all characters can be subject to changes in the future. This is not unique to Legacy Wars and occurs in most every other live operations game on every type of gaming platform.

We do not offer refunds for content changes as they will occur and will continue to occur throughout the life of the game. If you still wish to pursue a refund we advise that you contact the payment processor (Google/Apple) with your request or take the matter up with your financial institution.
