Review: We recently signed up by telephone for a summer package. We asked what the cancellation policy is. We were told that cancellation policy is a refund if cancelled by 30 days of start of class. We cancelled on may [redacted] (June [redacted] start of class). We were told we would be refunded $2,400 of $2,900 we paid on [redacted]. We were told they are charging us $50 a week for 10 weeks. We were never told of this penalty and they said it is on their website. We also inquired with the [redacted] before signing up and we were told that the we would be refunded in whole if cancelled by 30 days of start of camp. Never once were we told of the $50 a week penalty and never once were we directed to website. The order was taken by phone. We did not sign anythingDesired Settlement: We feel were misled and lied to in attempt to have us sign up. We would like the total $2,900 refunded.
