At this time, I have been contacted directly by NYCoptics Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have received numerous emails advising me that it is the responsibility of my "HealthCare spending [redacted] card" to dispute the alleged fraudulent nature of this situation
I purchased an eyeglass frame in April and paid for it
After several weeks I was advised it was on backorderI was offered a 10% discount if I was willing to waitI was!
I waited for weeks and when I did not hear from them I asked that they cancel the order and refund me
After repeated promises of a refund I requested they just mail a checkAll correspondence took place between myself and [redacted]
At that point they advised me they could not provide a refund and I was counselled to take the matter up with my "[redacted]" card
I was advised by my "HCS [redacted]" that I could not dispute any charge that exceeded days
**'alleged" [redacted] sent me an email and stated I had one year to dispute a charge - times
The matter remains clearly unresolved
I am certain this ?company is practicing unethical business and fraudulent practices
I even asked if they could sent me an alternative frame of equal value.....hence without reply
I want to thank the "Revdex.com" Bureau for any help providedI do hope no one has to be a victim of such dishonest practiceI have asked for a phone number and a legal address to take them to small clai** in Magistrate Court without avail Perhaps "Revdex.com" could find out their real phone and address

Avoid this business at all costs. If you research the name and the owners Ilya B[redacted] and Lana B[redacted]a you will see there are numerous complaints related to this business involving the selling of fake merchandise, online fraud, and internet scams where customers money were not returned to them.

Review: "Iloveglasses.com" and the website I purchased from, "[redacted]m," have the same telephone number ###-###-####. My credit card bill reflected this phone number for this "merchant." On May **, 2013, I purchased a pair of sunglasses online at [redacted]. On May **, I received an email from "[redacted]" stating that "As we were shipping the item we noticed that the lens was scratched on the pair that we had in stock. We do apologize for the inconvenience but we do check all merchandise before it is shipped. At this time we did try to order a replacement but it seems that this model is on back order for the moment. At this time if you would like we do have other colors such as the ([redacted] ) available and will give you a free express shipping if you would like to choose another of these colors. Please emails us asap in reference to this issue. If you would not like anything else we will issue you a refund no problem. Please email us as soon as possible so that we could rectify the situation as soon as possible." On May **, I replied asking for the refund. On May [redacted], I rec'd a confirming email: "Thank you for your email. We have refunded the order at this time." I checked my credit card statement and learned that I had never been issued a refund. So I emailed back demanding the refund. On Oct. [redacted], I got this email from [redacted]: "We have contacted our merchant and they said that for some reason your bank had the credit on hold. We have spoken to them direct and it should be available by tomorrow or earliest the following business day. If there are any issues we can send you a check overnight which will clear the next day. We are sorry for any inconvenience." It is now 10/** and I have not heard back and have not been issued the refund.Desired Settlement: I just want my $209.95 back.

Review: On July *. 2014, I ordered a pair of glasses frames from NYCOptics. The charge appeared on my Visa card July *, 2014. The charge was from My Modern Fashion and the phone number listed was connected to I Love Glasses. None of the above listed companies answered phones but instead suggested you call back or send an email. I did both.

July *, 2014 I contacted NYCOptics via email because my order had not been received. By July**. 2014, I requested a refund as the glasses were not available. To date, July **, I have received neither glasses or a refund and cannot get any answer from the company. My bank has been contacted.

Review: I ordered the glasses on Tues 7/**/15 through the internet using my [redacted]. . I needed them soon because I broke my prescription glasses. Samantha S[redacted] responded by emails that the glasses would be sent but she could not give me a date. I emailed 6 days later asking that she provide a tracking number or at least call me and I got no response. I then wrote that I wanted a refund . There is a number on the web site but they never pick up. After checking out the company online I now see that many have had the same problem The comments advise that this is a scam operation and that I will never get my glasses. The comments confirm that a Samantha S[redacted] will not issue refunds or get back to anyone. and that they never pick up the phone . Also on a complaint web site the persons state that the 5 star reviews are written by the company I protested the charge with my credit card company , but [redacted] cannot assure me I will be the credited back the money. One person wrote on line that they provide the credit card company with a fake tracking numberDesired Settlement: [redacted] I want a total refund of $180.90 credited back to my [redacted].

Review: I placed an order for a sunglass with the website “[redacted]” and paid [redacted] by credit card on March **, 2014. However, the item has not been delivered. The business told me that they will refund me by money order and told them my address. (Please see the attached communication history)

There was a reply from the business at the beginning but there is no reply any more since December 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund for my undelivered item.

Review: My purchase was eyeglass frames. I received them, didn't care for the way they looked, so I wanted to exchange for the same style, color frame. Company agreed, but went against their own published company policy. It stated that there is no problem in making exchanges just so long it was in reason & the customer is responsible for the shipping. I sent the frames back, along with a money order, in the amount of $9.95 to cover shipping. Company decided to not allowed me to have "1" exchange. Wasn't able to speak to anyone other than someone by the name of [redacted]. Never allowed to speak to supervisor, they never answered their phone, & live chat was never available.Desired Settlement: I would like the exchange that they said I can already make.

Right in their policies it states you can make multiple exchanges, whatever is in reason. Along with additional $9.95 to cover c xshipping.

Review: I purchased prescription eyeglass frames 04/**/2014

They were paid for with my [redacted], Health Care Spending Card. They were never received and they will not credit my account.

I was advised by [redacted] at [redacted] that they were unavailable as they were temp out of stock. They asked if I would wait. I waited 4 months and requested a refund> I have been requesting a refund for 2 months .Desired Settlement: Resolution and refund for something I ordered,was promised, paid for and never received.
