Review: Ordered a pair of sunglasses on 8/*/15 and received shipment confirmation via email on 8/*/15. On 8/*/15, following NYCoptics instructions for returns, I contacted them on 8/*/15 asking with instructions to return the product because it did not have polarized lenses. The item was sent back to NYCoptics following their instructions, and tracking information from [redacted] confirms delivery to NYCoptics on 8/*/15. Since then, I have sent multiple inquiries about the refund. Each and every time, Samantha S[redacted] replies (on behalf of NYCoptics) indicating that the refund was issued, but that is always a lie because to this day it has not been processed. Calling their phone number results in no answer, and Ms S[redacted] always replies lying that she just processed,... but she has been saying that for over a month!

All I want is a refund so I don't have to ever deal with this business again. Ideally, Revdex.com will also start procedures to see that their business license is revoked given that this business is a scam.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I ordered Tiffany & Co glasses with my RX lenses back in January of this year (2015) and was told after some time they were not received yet from the distributor. Through email communication with the company I was going to wait for this item to come and be in stock and my order be fulfilled. After several emails we had decided on a refund in the amount of $365.85 my total since the glasses never arrived and my order was not going to be filled. A month later I had yet to receive the refund. I was assured they would escalate my problem to their financial department, I had yet to get a refund or a response weeks after that. I emailed to follow up- they stopped responding to my emails even though their website says they will respond with in 24hrs. I tried calling their [redacted] number several times and no one answers. A total of 9 months and 25 emails later I have yet to reconcile my problem with this company and all I wish for is my refund of a product I never received.Desired Settlement: I would either like the company to direct deposit back the full amount of $365.85 to my account and send me the proof it has been processed on their end or send me a real certified check over night and email me the tracking information.

Review: Emailed and called to cancel order and get refunded and the business does not respond to emails or answer phone calls or even have an answering service. And when receiving a billing email the company purchased from is not the same company that I purchased glasses from.Desired Settlement: Cancel and refund my order

Review: I placed an order on line for a pair of designer sunglasses on March **. 2013. The order was processed and paid for with my credit card. I received the glasses on March **, but returned them to exchange for a different pair. I contacted the company via email and they gave me the address to send to for the exchange. On 4/** I was advised by [redacted] that the glasses I requested were currently on back order. On August *, I sent an email requesting a refund and included my credit card information to credit card. On August 8, I received an email that they have tried to contact me which they did not. I replied to the email on the same day 8/8 with my information again. Per email on 8/* I was advised that they had refunded my credit card and was to be credited to my account within 1-3. On 9/* I sent an email informing them that I had not received my refund. On 10/16 received an email requesting my mailing address so a check can be sent to me. I replied to the email on the same day with the requested information and to date have not received my refund.Desired Settlement: Requested a full refund of $220.90

Review: I was trying to buy a pair of glasses from them, they had one pair left in stock. I purchased them and then was told they did not have them in stock. I then asked for a full refund of $167.90 and I have not received my refund. They keep giving me the ring around and asking me to buy another pair with a 10$ discount. I just want my refund! And I cannot call them because I cannot get a hold of anyone. I'm also getting hold of my local police department to do an investigation. Very angry customer !Desired Settlement: Want a full refund of $167.90

I have been reimbursed for the amount of $167.90 and was paid to me in full on 9/**/2015. Thank you so much for the prompt resolution. Also I had contacted my local authority on the issue which also helped the resolution as well. Thank You

Review: I ordered a frame from this company online and my card was immediately charged for product. They failed to respond to my email request except for a generic statement of info that was already on website. I also paid for expedited shipping and was told to give them a couple of days and they would ship my frames and refund the shipping charges. I have still not received my frames or the refund I have requested at this point.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a total refund of my purchase that was never received. I will also be contacting my bank as well to file a complaint against this company.

Review: I purchased glasses on line in December. neber received glasses, was promised refund but never received the refund as well. Bellow, please find the thread of emails from and to this business.

Review: I ordered a pair of sunglasses that never arrived. After 5 weeks, I requested a full refund. After two weeks and a few emails, I have yet to be credited the amount of the purchase, which was slightly over $300.Desired Settlement: All I want is a reversal of the charge on my credit card.
