Customer has a vehicle that is not currently running, has a blown engine. Customer is unhappy with offer of $500 for her vehicle. We can not offer more for her vehicle unless it is in working and running condition. We are happy to have the vehicle fixed in our service department as well.
We have agreed to fix the issues that were in writing to fix at the time of sale, however customer is requesting the vehicle be worked on at another dealership, which we can not do.
