Rather, we assign telephone numbers to our wholesaleservice providers, which in turn assign... them to their end user customers. We have contacted our customer, notified them of the complaint and instructed them to investigate. In themeantime, we have blocked service to the telephone number on our networkpending the outcome of our customer’s investigation.

I am rejecting this response because: 01Communications knowingly facilitates the use of multiple numbers by their clients for the sole purpose of making harrassing calls. If the Revdex.com cannot see through the nature of 01Communications, my next approach will be FCC.  01 Communications is abusing their communications privileges by circumventing consumer privacy.

Review: This company has been calling me non-stop for the past two weeks saying that I requested information on healthcare insurance. I never did. During the past two weeks, I've received 8-10 phone calls and 3-4 texts per day. I've requested numerous times to be removed from their telemarketing list with no result. I've tried to remain courteous, but after today, I ran out of patience.

This is totally ridiculous during the work week while I'm trying to run my company.Desired Settlement: They need to remove my name from their call list.

I am rejecting this response because: The name of the company is first [redacted]. I blocked their number on my end. So now they are using a new number. This morning I received 6 phone calls so far. All 6 of them I was quite friendly and repeatedly asked them to remove me from their list that I wasn't interested. The phone just keeps on ringing. It's now at the point of harassment and is taking time out of my busy days trying to run a company, and now also they're calling at night and as early as 7am on the weekends. To date, I've logged over 78 phone calls within the past 3 weeks.Something needs to be done about this.

Review: I have gotten 39 telemarketing calls from this company in a time span of 1 week.

Over the last week I have received 39 telemarketing calls from this company trying to sell me male enhancement drugs. Each time I have asked nicely to be removed from there list. Each time they say it will be done or simply hang up on me. I have even called back approximately 8 times to speak with a manager. They will either hang up on me, or put me on hold for 5 minutes and come back stating there manager is busy and then hang up.

I have contacted the police and was told since it is a cell phone there is nothing they can do even though it is considered telephonic harassment. I also called my cell carrier but was unable to get any help. I also tried to pull my phone record as proof for you, but had no luck because my phone is a pay as you go with T-Mobile. But, what I can give you is the call history directly from my phone up to a certain point. Here are the calls as follows starting from furthest to current...
