Very professional and ready with all the tools required to diagnose and solve the problem. Very open to explain what each of the reading on the complex meters mean and how to make sure the problem is solved. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced .. will definitely call him if needed..

My air conditioner went out on the hottest day we had so far this year and my house was 82% degrees inside. I contacted Oak Point Heat and Air and Eric came out the same day to do an assessment on my unit. Eric was very detailed when he explained the current issue that my system was having and a solution to fix it. Overall, my 14 year air conditioning unit had a leak that couldn't be fixed and my unit was no longer being serviced, so the best recommendation was to install a new energy and heat efficient unit. Any questions I had throughout the process, Eric was able to ensure that I understood all the ends and out of the process that was going to take place. The installation went very smoothly and I'm very pleased with the work that was done, along with the 10 year warranty that came along with the new product. I highly recommend Oak Point Heat and Air for any services that you may need for air and heating service. You will get very efficient and reliable support every time.

We had a service done today with Eric *** and he was amazing! He came out without an appointment and immediately repaired our a/c.His cheerful attitude especially in these very scary times was much appreciated.We will not use another company again as long as he is in business.
