Our representative just spoke to Mr. [redacted] and updated him and although they are eager to get shower repaired and usable, he understands the processes involved to resolve this concern.Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: The "repairs" that were attempted this last week on the drywall will all need to be re-done as they didn't correct the problem which was with visible seams on the ceiling. After being kicked out of our house for the last week and having to stay in a hotel, the seams in the ceiling drywall are still highly visible. This is in addition to the list of items that have yet to be addressed.

We have been working with the homeowner and the manufacturer of the siding to get this issue corrected. A regionlal manager is taking over the oversight of this project. If there issue is not fixable there might have to be a color change. If we do that we will have to repaint garage door so we will complete the warping glass in the garage door when scope of work is determined on rest of house. The entire house is wrspped underneath the siding to protect the house from the elements.

The tile repairs were completed last week and we are awaiting for the cleaning crew to arrive scheduled for tomorrow to deep clean the inside our house due to the dust as a result of the removal of the tiles.
