landscaper that they had taken care of it.  It will be noted on the spring log as well.  landscaping does not start up again for spring items until April.  As for the electric, we have had [redacted] check the breakers for the homeowner since many of the exterior receptacles are GFCI protected to the basement outlets.  We have ask for a schedule date for the Electrician to be out there.  thanks and have a great day.

Oakwood is working to complete all outstanding concerns that the Homeowner has.  Our field representative is working directly with the homeowner to schedule out the outstanding items

Thank you,An Oakwood representative is currently working on these concerns and will contact the buyer to schedule the necessary appointments, the siding concerns are being addressed by the builder and a work order went out today to our trade partner in regards to the repairs, based on volume we are expecting completion at around two weeks and will update the buyer as we confirm schedule dates. This is a legal matter and I do not believe I can comment on the concern specifically. The homeowner has filed an official Notice of Claim and we have responded per Colorado Law.

meeting date, we have had the plumber out, (who claimed not a problem with the pro line drain). We have had this shower inspected by [redacted]. Arlun found that they need to pull floor tiles, replace bladder and asked that homeowner would consider changing to center floor drain. Mr. [redacted] is not willing to do this. Our representative just spoke to Mr. [redacted] and updated him and although they are eager to get shower repaired and usable, he understands the processes involved to resolve this concern.Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: The "repairs" that were attempted this last week on the drywall will all need to be re-done as they didn't correct the problem which was with visible seams on the ceiling. After being kicked out of our house for the last week and having to stay in a hotel, the seams in the ceiling drywall are still highly visible. This is in addition to the list of items that have yet to be addressed.

We have been working with the homeowner and the manufacturer of the siding to get this issue corrected.  A regionlal manager is taking over the oversight of this project.  If there issue is not fixable there might have to be a color change.   If we do that we will have to repaint garage door so we will complete the warping glass in the garage door when scope of work is determined on rest of house.  The entire house is wrspped underneath the siding to protect the house from the elements.

While the architectural concern appears to be moving forward, the flooring has not been addressed. We will provide an update once all matters have been resolved.

Oakwood and homeowner are working tocomplete outstanding items.  Homeowner is out of town until 7/16 and Oakwood will schedule work day after homeowners return

We are working on getting a couple of third party trades to give bids and opinions for proper fixing.  We will be using one of these outside trades to complete

The tile repairs were completed last week and we are awaiting for the cleaning crew to arrive scheduled for tomorrow to deep clean the inside our house due to the dust as a result of the removal of the tiles. We appreciate Revdex.com effort to provide us with some insight about the current situation with the warped siding.  Thank you for obtaining the contact person at the manufacture of the siding.  I feel this issue could have gone on longer than expected and necessary.  I will attempt to contact the manufacture of the siding you provided me to file a claim.  I hope to have some resolution soon.
