They are *** who don't explain how the trial order works. I ordered a bottle which after a month of using did not produce any results. They enrolled me in automatic refills which was not clearly explained in their ad. And now I cannot return the product and get my money back. Any legitimate company would take their product if the customer is not satisfied.
