The worst experience I've ever had in my entire life I've never been so deceived in my life they show you fake car fax's fake Kelley Blue Book cars worth that's the only way they can sell their damaged cars by lying deceiving customers well you met the wrong person to do this to so I'm speaking for all the victims out there and that's why we're going to court and that's why you're going to lose because you been caught red handed there's no way to get out of this one and don't believe any of this five-star ratings it's all fake next step is to the DMV let's see if they keep their license now on selling damaged cars their day will come sooner than you think 2 shut them down

Yes their practices are dishonest they do sell you cars that are not as is and then they lie and then they forged your name on it as is thinking they're going to get away with it they're not they'll find out real soon five star reviews are all fake you get five stars at lying

That's what they always said I filed complaints and they said that they fix the complaint and everything was resolved there lying they ignore you once you buy a car from them they don't need you anymore next

OC Auto Exchange emailed the customer and asked if we could get a copy of the report to help pay for the repairsThe vehicles are all mechanically inspected and reviewed before advertised on the lot for saleThis vehicle passed all inspections and we figured it might have happened after the purchased was madeYet we still attempted to help the customer but again got no response

Beware of OC Auto ExchangeThey are not honestThey will not tell you that their cars have frame damage history This place gave me a mickey mouse carfax, so I felt for it and I ended up buying the carNext day, I bought a real experian auto check for $and when I got the report, I was super upsetThe report showed that the car was in a serious rear ended car crashAs a result the this car crash, the car's main frame was severe damageAs I keep reading the auto check report, I found out that there was a second car crash-after the car was fixed from the first accidentTo make the long story short, I went back to to OC Auto Exchange to return the carDAVID-manager- told me that the only way to return the car, I needed to pay $for canceling the contract and $for restocking fee and that it had to be paid in cashYes, I did paid the $and returned the vehicleBefore you buy a car from OC AUTO Exchange make sure you buy a real car report because their report is not accurateMY ADVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEBy the way, there are a couple of dealers OCautoexchange, LAautoexchange, Santa ANA Autoexchange

That's what they do they deceive their customers while I'm in the process of taking them down I didn't settle from their bully attorney I'm taking them down all the way and California guys are going down that's their mechanics third party

My family owns a business, and we would never ever treat people how I was treated! If they are such an "honest" dealership then why are the complaints all the same as mine? Why are the complaints stating the same facts as I am, and how they were treated when trying to resolve this issue? Why are there lawsuits, pertaining to the same reasons as I am stating? I feel people, should know that their practices are illegal and wrong! I do not want people to go through the same problems, that I am now having to deal with! People have a right to know that they are scam artists, and do not care selling you a car junker, taking your hard earned money! In this case, taking my year olds money that she saved! ]

We sent out the the seat belt cover to the customerwe have proof that we mailed it out to the customer attached to this email is the tracking number and delivery confirmationAlthough, the customer stated
that the neighborhood had recently had packages stolen from them in these recent monthsNow, in good faith I am going to replace that same piece again and mail it to the customer via ontraAs for the theft deterrent it is a Non-cancel-able product which was purchased at the time of the saleThe only way I can be of assistance is I can offer a $discount on their next purchase if it helps in any way

I do not understand Mr*** ***'s complaintsI have personally had conversations with him on various occasions via the phoneI specifically told him that "I spoke to FORD directly and that I was informed that his vehicle per the VIN On his FORD MUSTANG does not come with a SPARE TIRE
but rather comes with a PUMP" again, I made him aware what FORD told me thisSo, I decided to purchase the spare tire (not the pump) for MR*** out of courtesy I have now had the "PARTS"/ "Spare Tire and TOOLS" for well over a month nowI purchased the spare and tools for him out of courtesy well before the complaint was submitted I hope everyone has a good day!
