I own a company that does a large volume of ***. I hired OC to build a professional *** item template and redesign our *** store. I did not receive the item template as agreed during the almost two month "design stage". OC installed an *** store design that immediately resulted in a large immediate loss of our usual sales. This was due to OC leaving our a critical *** shopping feature.. Another design blunder by OC resulted in thousands of *** auction listings also showing a conflicting "buy it now" banner installed by OC. This caused marketplace trust issues. Our regular buyers on *** began to contact us asking about the conflicting information. OC was slow to respond then gave excuses as to why these events happened. I immediately demanded OC to shut off the faulty design features and demanded my money refunded.
Our terms state there are no refunds on our services, as you can see here *** this was also indicated on his invoices.
The seller had a full store design and installation complete prior to the installation timeframe that we quoted. There was a graphic on their category page that said "buy now" which is a call to action, to click that link so the buyer can view the item, it was simply a graphic, not a functional "buy it now" button as the seller has stated in his complaint.
Regardless I have refunded the entire payment and given the customer what he asked for regardless of our policies. The design work that was complete, installation that was complete was done with no payment.
