Placed my order over 2 months ago and the tracking information provided says the shipping information has been received. In two months they haven't even provided the items to the shipper to deliver them.
Repeated attempts to contact via phone were unsuccessful. Only one out of every five emails I sent were responded to, and all their responses were the same generic message, to expect delays related to COVID-19.

Ordered one of their sea turtle necklaces at the beginning of may.
Although they claimed COVID related delays, it is now July 1 and still nothing showing shipping.
I’ve had two emails on June 19 and 24 claiming it would be shipping in three days.
This company lies and I’ve had to dispute the charges.

Total scam. Haven’t received my order from two months ago. The tracking doesn’t work at all, claims it’s still “processing.” So sad to think that my money probably isn’t going to save the turtles :(

FRAUD, scam. NO tracking information since I placed my order on 6/3/2020. The phone number is not valid and no one responds to my email request.

I ordered a necklace 4/23 and have yet to receive it. I will never order from them again, even if my life depended on it because I would be dead and reincarnated into a tree long before whatever life saving item arrived. I would give this company zero stars if possible. A carrier pigeon traveling from China to the eastern United States would’ve been more successful delivering my package then this company.

I ordered from wildlife mission almost 2 months ago have received no tracking number and they won't refund my money.

I ordered an anklet and necklace for my daughter and received a confirmation email on Mar. 12th. On Mar. 19th I received the tracking # for my order. Due to Covid-19 I waited until May 19th and emailed them inquiring about my purchase as tracking info hadn't been updated. May 30th they responded, saying that my order was sent to dispatch on May 15th, blamed Covid-19 for the delay and directed me to my tracking #. Their website says 15-20 days so I waited until June 6th to check my tracking # again. I was then notified that the tracking # had expired due to no activity. I emailed the company on June 6th informing them of this, and as of today, June 16th, have yet to have a response from them.

Beware! This is a fraudulent company. I purchased a bracelet in February and never received. They still claim it’s being processed, but they have blocked comments on their *** site and you can no longer message them! Do not order from this company. The *** has also put out warnings.

Three months to recieve nothing to track a turtle cheap

I ordered 3 bracelets and a shirt on March 3rd. I sent an email asking for an ETA in April, May and June. They gave me a canned response about looking into it the first two times and havent even responed to my last inquiry from 7 days ago.

I purchased a dolphin necklace from WildLife Mission. With the necklace comes a link to be able to track a dolphin through an interactive map at any time. I placed the order 4/27/20, the link to track the dolphin should be sent with the order confirmation however I did not receive it. I tried to call the company but I had to leave a voicemail. I sent the first email 4/28 to let them know I did not receive the interactive link. I sent a 2nd email 4/30 requesting the link be resent. On 5/1 I received a response with the link. When I pull the link for my child to track the dolphin the information on the link shows the last time the dolphin moved was 1/24/18. I sent an email back on 5/1 requesting it to be looked into since it clearly isn't an "interactive map" or tracking the dolphin as their website states. I receive an email 5/5 stating unfortunately the dolphin is no longer active to track. 5/5 I requested a new link with a new dolphin be sent for my child to track since that is what I paid for. 5/6 they responded stating dolphins are no longer active. I requested a refund. 5/15 I requested a reply since they hadn't responded. 5/18 they advise they can not issue a refund for the order since it is in transit. When I track the order it shows shipped on 5/5 and still pending update. 5/19 I requested a return label for the necklace so I can send back and receive my money. 5/19 they sent me tracking information that I did not ask for. 5/19 I again requested a return label for the necklace so I can receive a refund. I have not received a response back from the company regarding the label, and refund.

Unfortunately, I also got scammed by this organization. I only found out recently after looking them up for online reviews. Bought some items last March and didn't get any of the items. Their email replies matches the ones you mentioned here. They told me the items got lost and they don't know how. They will try to ship it again and never did. They cannot refund since they donated the money.
I reported them to the *** in the US as well as with the *** in Canada. You can also file a complaint on ***. I saw in their emails that they are using this for their store. Go to the *** website and under Contact--> Help Center-->Contact *** Support--> Get support as a customer of a *** store

On April 17,2020, I placed an order for a necklace from Wildlife Mission. Two days later I received an order number and tracking number from the company. When I checked the tracking number, there was no record of my order. Since then I have sent multiple emails to the company asking for updates, and finally, requesting a refund. I have received a new tracking number but when I check the updates it shows my order has been "in transit" since May 17th. And since then, all ll I have received are notices that "my order has been updated." I have attempted to call the company using the telephone number on their website. The first time there was no answer, with no way to leave a message. The second, third, and fourth times I've tried the number, I get a recording saying the number has been disconnected. It is now June 2, 2020, and I still have not received my order. I believe this company is scamming customers under the guise of helping save wildlife.

Ordered a necklace for Mother's Day and never received it. When I placed the order I was told there would be some delays due to COVID. When almost a month passed I contacted the seller about shipment status with still no response from them 6 days later. Have since contacted my bank for my money back. Definitely a scam.

I ordered a necklace and earrings from Wildlife Mission. I received a tracking number that states my order is in Bloomington, CA. When I went to the post office to try and ask for help on tracking my purchase. She said it shows in Bloomington, CA. I sent another email asking where my purchase is with no one emailing back. I tried to call the phone number listed. I get a message phone number no longer active. I ordered my products April 14th. I was receiving text message alerts for my shipment. Now I get a message that the tracking number no longer exists. How much money is this company stealing from hard working Americans? What can I do?

What a scam... don’t fall for it like I did. I’m just someone who wanted to do good in this world and a loss in money was what I got in return

I ordered a necklace April 17th. A week later I tried to cancel the order since it had not been processed yet. My request was ignored for days and when I finally got a response it was "don't worry your product will ship." I again tried to cancel only to be ignored for days. Then I got the "we can't cancel your order has been processed and is past the point of no return." Still days went by and I tried again to cancel and days later was given the same lie though according to tracking info it had not yet been shipped. Now 40 days later it's still not here and tracking info says electronis shipping info received in jamaica on 5/18. I want my money back and want them held accountable.

I ordered two necklaces from wildlife missions and I ordered them on April 30. I have not received any necklace nor an email saying that my product was on its way. It kept on saying that it’s in transit. Also,the telephone number that was given has been disconnected. Do not buy from this company. It is a fraud.

Wish 0 stars was an option. Never received my order.
