Thank you for removing the charge of $as I requestedFirst of all, I would like to inform the office personnel who responded from Official Pest Prevention that I have a name and not to address me as "this customer"I'm years old and expect to be respectedTo address your customer/s "this" and not Mror Mrsor Msis disrespectful.Secondly, the word "insisted" (as highlighted) on your third statement is wrongThe fact that I was given a choice/option, I have chosen the service process which is shorter period of time but more expensive per visit thoughI did believe that an effective chemical will be used that will give a satisfactory end resultAlso, time saving is a factor on both myself as customer and to Official Pest Prevention as a server: We as customer's don't have to take out stuff from inside cabinets, move furniture, etc., etc., every month for one yearTechnicians will not come again and again for a year or more depending on the circumstances instead of serving other homeowners having same issuesIf that's the case Technician #already knew in the beginning that the option chosen will not be effectiveHe could have denied the sevice and recommend option #by saying, "Mrs***, due to the situation/circumstance in your home, I recommend option #which is a monthly treatment for a minimum of one year."I should have heard this explanation (as read) on statement #and in the beginning and not after an unsatisfactory service result happened.Thirdly, you have used the word "mistreatment" (as highlighted)How did mistreated you? Back to the situation when Technician "Tyler" showed up without a courtesy call, I could have said to him to go back to his office, but I didn'tI allowed him to do what he suppose to do outside the house onlyI prefer not to repeat myselfEvery single explanation/s were detailed on my first letter sent as your responseTo close, I will consider the above complain ID # be closed after this letter and a clearance statement from Official Pest Prevention that I don't owe them money.I'm sorry to end this business relation this wayNeedless to say to call you back or recommend to our colleagues and family members.Sincerely,*** ** ***

We offer every person who calls in to our office with a service problem free retreats I would invite you to call our office and find out personally Our offer remains the same -- we will come out now at no additional charge and solve the problem

I am rejecting this response because: I have stated multiple times to this business that I simply want a refundThe work they performed was not simply inadequate or not in meeting with my particular standardsIt was a clear attempt by their contractor to deceive and by all means attempt fraudI do not want anyone associated with their company on my property for any reasonTheir inspector *** *** was last on my property Thursday, September 15th and took photos of the work in question and agreed that it was as I had stated.I had numerous complaints to this company with absolutely no response from anyoneThe first several days of which the work was to have been done, no one showed upThere were eventually half a dozen different workers around my house at random times and dates of which I was not informed aboutNo manager of the company has made a single attempt to contact me since my issues began June 24, 2016.I am also very unaware of giving permission for my brother *** ***, to represent me in these mattersIt is unclear to me how this represents professional communication with a customer regarding such a manner as this

I spoke to the customer and offered to cancel the account prior to the year if they would just pay for the services rendered This offer represents a significant loss for our company because of the expense involved in starting the account and because of the discount that the customer received
in return for the one year commitment The customer told me that they would think about the offer and call me back Any assistance your agency can provide would be greatly appreciated To date we have not received any payment at all for service rendered in May and August of The May service is over six months past due Why has this customer not even paid the $that they claim each service was supposed to cost?

I am rejecting this response because:I no long feel this is a trust worthy company if they themselves as a business don't know what their reps is doingWhen I sign up for this serivce not once the mention that they can preform serivce without anyone home

I am rejecting this response becausethe people at this company are rude and lie jeff told me that the one year agreement men't that my bill wouldn't go up in a year not a contract, That I was locking in that rate when when jeff came to my home he said that all the neighbors are signing up up and all there pest are going to come to your house he said we feel bad and we are going to spray for free that was a big lielike I told the company I will pay for the service they provided and nothing more charging people for service they never provided that's ridiculousAnd i'm not trying to avoid my financial responsibilityI just hate when company's try and take advantage of peopleI didn't call them to re spray because the more they came the more spiders I saw soThank you

Enclosed please find the service contract signed by *** *** on November 21, 2017. At the time Mr*** signed his service agreement our company offered promotional pricing for customers in his area. Although his immediate neighbors may not have service there are many customers in
his subdivision and many customers serviced by other companies. It is unnecessary for a customer's immediate neighbors to have pest control service in order for the customer to enjoy the benefits of regular pest control maintenance. We still guarantee our pest control service and are willing to return if Mr*** has any pest problems. So the fact that Mr***'s neighbors do not have our service will not affect the quality of our work in any way

Our pest control service is fully guaranteed If a customer has a problem we will return to re-service in between our regularly scheduled visits at no charge Unfortunately, Ms*** has not given us the opportunity to fix the problem that she has described to you We are
willing to return at her convenience and at no additional charge Pest control is a process Cockroaches often take multiple applications to eradicate In Ms***'s case we sprayed once in December and once in January -- there have been no requests for extra service (or we would have performed it already) The real reason for the complaint seems to be about payment Although the first service was performed in December (and due in thirty days) we have not received any payment We hope to resolve this situation but if not, we will be forced to refer Ms***'s account to a credit reporting collection agency Any assistance your agency can provide toward the resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated

I was surprised to receive this complaint I was aware that Mr*** was unhappy with the work done on his property, however, I have been in communication with Joseph *** (***d's brother), and our original inspector (who has also spoken with ***d) and was under the impression that
corrections were under way I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused and am willing to get it corrected immediately Our termite and repairs supervisor can meet with Mr*** at his convenience and will authorize all needed work at no additional charge I am also available by phone to answer questions and provide assistance (Jeff Davenport) As to the sub-contractor, licensing information is always available and it is our policy to provide the information whenever requested The contractor that we had help us with the project was APS remodeling and Construction License number 933480.Any assistance your agency can provide toward the resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated

I am rejecting this response because:There is no way I would let anyone come to my property and make me sick - No One would They promised to use natural plant base product that is safe around vegetable plants - they did not have that product Per Manager "kids did not know what they were talking about" Their kids is not my problem; however, my health and health of my family is I was very clear from start that we cannot have chimicals/poison due to my reaction to chemicals I was sure that I signed permition come to the property That ordeal is "bate and switch" practice

On 5/19/we treated ** ***'s home for a bee/yellow jacket problem for the previously agreed upon price of $ Ms*** did not pay for services until we turned her account over to a collection agency in December of After receiving payment from Ms*** (1-27-2015)
we asked the collection agency to release her account and to note that payment had been made The payment that we received was over months past due

The day before service was performed I spoke to Ms*** personally and explained that the price for service would be $and told her that she could shop around and get back to me if she wanted Ms*** chose to do service We left a bill with Ms*** on the day that the service was performed and continually mailed late notices to the address that she gave us, however we did not get payment for over six months

I had a Spanish speaker in our office call the customer to see if we could resolve their concerns. The wife answered and stated that everything was fine and asked us to come back and perform an extra service. We performed the extra service as requested. I also asked the same Spanish speaker in our office to call again and ask for the husband to see if there was still a desire to cancel. We were only able to reach the wife but our Spanish speaking representative asked if the husband still wanted to cancel or if there was a problem with service and she was told that everything was fine

*** *** signed a one year contract for pest control service on 2-6-for the address at *** * *** *** We serviced the home times (the contract called for services the first year) and then payments from Mr*** stopped We attempted to collect by phone, sent
notices, sent a final notice asking for payment, and received no response Eventually the account was sent to an outside collection agency for non payment on May 4, As to the customer's complaints about not spraying the home -- we are happy to return per the service contract and re-service the property at no additional charge We offered the free retreat previously but it was not accepted by the customer

Although the customer has referred to the amount owed as "new" this is incorrect The contract clearly states the amount to be paid Any unpaid balance will be sent to a credit reporting collection agency We are only asking for the originally agreed upon service fee for work that has already been performed Please see the contract attached to this email for clarification

Again, we are sorry this customer is unhappy and we want to change that The customer has stated that they have too many pests If that is the case we are willing to send a service manager there to evaluate the pest problem and create an action plan to get rid of them Any extra visits will be performed will be at no additional charge We feel like our offer is reasonable If the problem really is that the customer sees to many pests then our offer to get rid of them for free should be satisfactory

There appears to be more of a connection between Ms*** and *** ** *** than is coming through in this complaint For example, the email address and the phone numbers provided on both accounts are the same I have contacted Ms*** to discuss the matter We are willing
to perform service for her as outlined in the service agreement To date I have been unable to contact her despite calls and emails

It seems that there was a miscommunication/misunderstanding between our staff and Ms*** regarding the notification procedure for service appointments Normally, the business day before service, our office sends an automated phone call to all customers that are scheduled for pest control
service with our company If the automated phone call is not answered immediately, a message is left on voice mail If we don't hear from the customer requesting other scheduling arrangements we proceed as planned with the pest control service appointment As a safeguard, customers that were not expecting us to perform service (or somehow missed our automated call) can always call us to schedule an additional service at no extra charge Ms*** was under the impression that an employee in our office would call her in person and schedule a unique appointment for each pest control service Although this is not our standard practice, we are willing to make this accommodation and have made arrangements to do so with Ms*** In addition to these new arrangements we have waived the charges for service performed in July and October of We have also added special notes to her account that instruct our service personnel not to service her home unless she is present and authorizing the work or she has made special arrangements with our office to have the home serviced in her absence After discussing these newly arranged guidelines (that have been added to her account as permanent instructions) with Ms*** by phone, the complaint appears to be taken care of and we are proceeding with service
