Review: We received a phone call yesterday for the first time on a supposedly a past due amount on a bill that we never knew anything about. This supposedly amount of $111.68 that is a past due gas bill. We have never received a gas bill from our gas company about it. Nor did we receive a bill or a notice via phone, letter, or email from Ogden about it until they called yesterday saying we have a 5 day notice. One we never got a bill for this amount so I do not know that this is an amount owed from the gas company. Two we never got a notice from Ogden. Three it is not our fault that someone did not do there job and put our name in gas before we started paying the gas bill. So I don't see how they can charge us for something that is not one not our fault and two that we knew nothing about. We have been going back and fourth with Ogden and WPS on things since October when we moved in. From putting our names on 2 accounts, to paying for 2 units, to paying for a fire place we have never had in our unit. Someone is not doing their job, and it is not us. We have paid every bill we have got since putting the unit in our name. If they missed putting something in our name for the 2-3 months or whatever they are saying it is it is not our fault and should not be held responsible.Desired Settlement: The letter we got just today 3 months after the fact says to pay or vacate. Which I will gladly vacate so I do not have to deal with the UN-professionalism I've dealt with the last 10 months. I will not pay a bill I have never seen nor ever knew anything about. I will willingly vacate but I will not be held accountable for any breaking the lease terms or consequences in the lease agreement because I will not be a breaking my lease. Ogden will be breaking all lease terms.
