This company was listing its items for $on Black Friday and then after we missed all of the other great deals they canceled our order due to a "pricing error"I have never heard of a handful of items having a pricing error on Black Friday, disappointing thousands of customersI would like my couches for the $that I paid

For everyone wondering why Amazon won't take OJ Commerce off their marketplace, I think it is because OJ Commerce is using Amazon's CloudFront productYou can verify this by going to OJ Commerce's career page, click on an open position, click "apply now"Once you're on the application page, right click anywhere on the page to "View Page Source" - this will show you the HTML script for the websiteRight there in the script, it lists cloudfront.ojcommerce Amazon doesn't want to lose OJ Commerce as a cloud customer and OJ Commerce doesn't want to be taken off the Amazon marketplacePERFECT PARTNERSHIP FOR A SCAM!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!! It was a huge mistake to buy from this company!!! They punish you for receiving a defected item First the ship you a damaged item and then you have to go through their regulations to resolve the issue Lousy customer service, I'll never do business with them ever again! DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!

I tried explaining what had happened and why I am rightly justified in receiving tthe refund to your customer service representative When I received the box, my teenage daughter, her friend and I opened the box (which was awkward and extremely heavy at approximately lbs) We starting by looking at the piecesJust by the initial look, we knew it was not going to work for the type of quality, delicate, and expensive pieces that were going to be showcased in the curio We tried anyways to put it together and did not succeed as the particle board broke and chipped into pieces due to the extremely heavy tempered glass(that was not marked) that are held up on this by a strip of plastic In making the final decision to purchase this specific curio, I did my research and feel that I was completely misled by the product description and reviews These were the major deciding factors to purchase this particular productThe description stated that the curio was made of wood, glass and metal The only thing correct in this description is that the glass is "strong" It is actually TOO HEAVY FOR THE CHEAP PARTICLE BOARD, "SLEEK, BLACK" SHELVING SUPPORT, AND PLASTIC STRIP THAT HOLDS UP AT LEAST LBS OF GLASS I called customer service right away to resolve this and get this thing returned! Despite what I had explained to the customer service representative, I was given the only option of taking pictures of the defective, broken pieces and emailing it to the warehouse and they would decide if they will send me a replacement piece or a new curio I told her that I did not want to replace pieces, it was not as described, the reviews were not accurate or helpful, this was not of the quality piece and could not hold my valuables, we couldn't put it fully together, despite the fact that it broke, I simply wanted to return it for a full refund/paid return shipping label and find something that was truly going to work After several go arounds, she stated ONLY WAY TO RETURN IT was to pay a 30% restocking fee($50) and pay for the curio to be sent back($90) = $ The cost of curio $ THAT IS UNCONSCIONABLE! I could fathom the restocking fee IF I HAD ordered the curio by mistake and did not have any issues with it, however, this is not the case and should be given the opportunity to send this curio BACK FOR A FULL REFUND AND PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL!!! What arrived was a cheaply made curio cabinet that consisted of two little pieces of particle board, plastic shelving support, and extremely heavy pieces of tempered glass that are far too heavy for the thin plastic strip that holds them together and weak particle board I am very disappointed and distraught over the poor customer service and the fact that this is not fully resolved I now have this huge and heavy box full of junk in my home that I can't do anything with I am disabled as I mentioned to your customer service and stress is unhealthy for me She certainly didn't care and didn't live up to your claims of a helpful, exceptional customer service that is one click or call away, and who is right there to assist and "not to worry."

They are a vendor for Walmart's marketplaceThey advertised a heavily discounted TV on the Walmart websiteThey took the money out of my account, walmart cancelled the order, and I have emailed them (OJ commerce) directly for days about a refund but have received absolutely no responseI chatted with Walmart CSR and he said they are having numerous issues with this company and are trying to help other customers resolve issues with them

Worst customer service I've come across. Purchased a Little Tikes Deluxe Playhouse (200.00) off of OJ Commerce's Amazon listing (so this order was on Amazon) and they sent me a used unit, which was missing 2/3 of the parts (the main frame of the playhouse). Contacted them several times and they want me to list out the pieces that are missing before they will proceed. I laughed out loud when not one, but two different people stated the same thing. I had to take pictures so they could see that it was missing basically the entire base and walls. I wasn't provided a manual (instructions) with shipment either. Basically, this company doesn't want to pay for shipping again. I explained to two different people (supposedly the manager) that I wasn't interested in receiving the missing parts because the other parts are dirty and used. It's simple - send me a pre-paid shipping label and send a new unit out immediately. How difficult of a concept is that? Kept going around about their protocol and b.s. Filed a claim on Amazon and haven't heard from OJ Commerce. They were somehow able to get my review removed off of Amazon so I came to google, and low and behold, everyone hates this company. Somehow they have a 95% on Amazon and that's clearly from them getting reviews removed. The response to my Amazon claim is that they still want me to list our the parts that are missing.

FRAUD OJ Commerce and Walmart Same happened with me: I ordered 2 Canon 80D cameras on Friday 25th Nov 2016, The cameras were in stock and my payment was processed. Got the confirmation email from Walmart that the order has been placed successfully and the shipment will be arriving between 2nd to 8th Dec. After few hours OJ Commerce cancelled my order on their own saying below: Dear ______, OJ Commerce appreciates your business and realizes how disheartening it can be when something you want doesn't arrive in a timely fashion. We regret to inform you that your order cannot be shipped. The item(s) listed below are now cancelled and we've processed a full refund. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Order # ________ Item Cancelled: 1) - CANON 1263C006 - EOS 80D Digita Camera with 18-135mm Lens Refund Amount: ________ Best Regards, OJCommerce Loyalty Team info @ OJCommerce.com ================================================================================... I wrote an email to Walmart and OJ Commerce got following reply from Walmart: Hi _________, Thank you so much for choosing us for your shopping experience. I'm so sorry to hear about this issue, trust me I know it can be frustrating. Unfortunately because your item was bought from a market place, I'm not available to assist you on this. But don't worry I would love to provide you with the number and email from the Market place. Num: (XXX) XXX-XXXX Email: info @ ojcommerce.com They are going to be more than happy to help you out on this. Thanks for the comprehension and patience. I Hope you have a fantastic day! We ordered a bunch of electronics from this place via Walmart's website which states that you are buying from OJ Commerce Well instead of buying elsewhere for Black Friday we decided to purchase here This weekend they cancelled my orders and said it was a pricing error So I lose out on what I purchased, and the option to buy elsewhere due to their "error" This was Fraud! To just grab a customer give them an invoice and then back out days later

I ordered a cabinet from this company, and paid an additional $to have it professionally assembled However, when it was completed, it was apparent that the bottom two doors were not aligned--the one on the right was a good half inch above the one on the left With the knobs for each door side-by-side, the misalignment is very apparent Immediately after assembly, I attempted to contact the company, and one entire week later, all I have gotten are several automated responses, asking questions that are completely irrelevant (e.g., what is the number of the defective part?) I expressed my frustration to the last two automated emails, and asked that someone contact me by phone, but no one has I am right now making an effort to contact them, but have so far been on hold for about 15-minutes with no success I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company or its products!

I ordered a bedframe through Amazon that was sold by OJ commerce on Sept and after ordering it, I realized it was shipped to the wrong delivery addressI contacted amazon immediately after and notified them of the new addressAmazon told me it would be changed and I would not have to worryThe next day I was still concerned so I messaged OJ commerce directly with the new addressA few days later the bedframe was shipped to the original and incorrect address and they refused the package since it was not theirsI spent at least an hour on the phone with several OJ commerce representativesThe first one (***) said that they would resend a new bedframe to me and have UPS pick up the already delivered one, at no extra expenseThe next day I called again and a new representative (a woman this time) told me they couldn't do anything now that the package was shipped and I would have to have UPS send it back and then redelivered, at my own expenseFinally, after talking to another Amazon representative (***), she assured me that amazon would take care of the fee and that the bed frame would first be sent to the sender then redirected to meAfter two weeks, nothingI called OJ commerce again and they told me they couldn't do anything but take back the bedframe but they had no intention of sending it to my new addressThey said I would just have to repurchase itI was very displeased because they did not notify me at all and left me waiting for the bedframe for two weeksEverytime I called I would be on hold for 20-minutes so I had Amazon call againThe representative promised me that the OJ commerce manager would call me the next business dayI waited two days and no callFinally I was able to connect with an OJ commerce rep the next day and he said there would be no restocking fee since I never opened the package (or even received it) and get a full refund within 3-business daysToday, the bedframe finally returned to the warehouse, but now OJ commerce is charging me a $restocking fee for a bed I never got/opened/and is still waiting forI am so upset with their lack of customer service and honestyI do not recommend buying from a business that does not build trust with their customers and deceives them instead

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with by far! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE *** USES THEM AND *** THEY ARE AWFUL!! My husband ordered a jewelry box for me for christmas as a gift and when it arrived, he felt deceived because while the total dimensions (Jewelry box and legs) were correct this company made it seem that the actual drawer jewelry box was much tallerMy husband called the company to return it and said he felt sort of cheated and then they told us we would have to pay to ship it back and then they were going to charge us a 30% re-stocking feeNot what you expect when you order from customer friendly and return flexible companies like *** and *** My husband asked a manager on duty how their company ever makes money and the manager replied, "This is how we make money." The Manager, ***, also said that return policy is clearly laid out on walmart.com and we did our do diligence and checked (*** hung up the phone on my husband at this point) and it was not! I EXTREMELY IRRITATED and APPAULD!! I hope this company goes out of business soon I will be posting this review everywhere to ensure that other people don't make the same mistake we did!

I ordered leather parsons chairs through Amazon, which were supplied by OJ CommerceMy primary complaint is that the chairs were advertised as being 20-1/invhes in seat height In reality they are In addition one leg on each chair is short causing them to rock This is not repairable by switching legs as the issue is misplacement of the screw blocks that fasten the legs.The order does not qualify for refund as they are now assembled.and I have no desire to disassemble, box, and ship themI will try to find some leg pads that will compensate for the mismatchI am also lodging a complaint against Amazon as they are fully aware of issues with this supplier yet maintain a relationship

I ordered a TV stand and it was undeliverable due to damage the first time. The second time it was delivered and upon opening, both large pieces of the top and bottom were damaged. I contacted the seller, haggled and finally was able to return the damaged item for a refund. a month later replacement parts that I never requested arrived at my door. I have no use for them as I have already returned the item. I requested them to have the replacement parts picked back up. They refused and told me that I could keep them or dispose of them. Being of no use, the option would be to dispose... the problem is that to take these large pieces to the dumps costs quite a bit is disposal fees! I do not feel I should be have to pay to dispose of items I did not request. This company has terrible customer service!
