I ordered a product from this company on Amazon, my experience started off bad and got worse. I was guaranteed it would be to me by Christmas eve but when it was not shipped by the 18th I contacted them to ask why and they shipped it out, of course it didn't arrive until the 27th. Try explaining to a 2 1/2 year old why Santa didn't bring the one thing he asked him for. When it finally did arrive it came with a broke faucet and the sticker on the fridge door was upside down. We contacted the seller and they said they would ship out a replacement. After a week I had to contact them again about why it had not been shipped and surprisingly they shipped it out. Now when the said they were going to ship out the replacement we went ahead an put this together so our son could play with it, he doesn't know that the sticker is upside down and we left the faucet off. They state I. There return policy Inc You put something together you can't return it, we didn't think that would matter to us as they were sending us replacement parts. Well finally we git the replacement box and to our surprise there was NO faucet and the fridge door had an upside down sticker yet again. Here we are at square one again. We've gotten no where. We've had this item a month, but ordered it almost two months ago. The company has our money and we have a damaged item. We contacted Amazon to file a claim to return it for a refund. The company refused to take it back because we put it together, they basically said, hey we git your no eyes, you have the kitchen set, we don't care it if it came damaged. We have been fighting Amazon now to get them to refund us, unfair as they didn't sell it to us but they allow this company to do this kind of stuff to customers. A company that advertises as a product but sends a broken one and then sends only what they want fir replacement parts and what they do send is damaged, they should be shut down.

HORRIBLE company. They sent defected pieces and missing pieces and after trying to find a resolution by contacting them several times they NEVER responded. Not once. I finally had to go directly to the manufacturer who was very kind and sent me the correct pieces. I think Revdex.com should know that OJ Commerce doesn't have a live person when you call, nor any form of response whatsoever.

This company was listing its items for $99 on Black Friday and then after we missed all of the other great deals they canceled our order due to a "pricing error". I have never heard of a handful of items having a pricing error on Black Friday, disappointing thousands of customers. I would like my couches for the $99 that I paid.

Terrible customer service. NO listed contact phone number (misleading on website) or live chat (also listed on site). Impersonal email exchange templates directing customers to pay for shipping back to a storage facilitiy and pay 30% restocking fee. They should be more transparent in listing this on the Amazon page. Also return facility was very apologetic and noted history of complaints for this company. Unfriendly agent once I found number only through Revdex.com site. Company does not have customer's interest in mind and just wants money.

had called and spoken with your customer service that refused to really listen and assist in a full refund with paid return shipping. Instead, I did not get assistance, but got the run around. Regardless of the reasons below I would still have to pay a 30% restocking fee($50) and pay for the curio to be sent back($90) = $140. The cost of curio $149.15. I WOULD BE OUT PRACTICALLY THE FULL AMOUNT AND HAVE NOTHING. THAT IS RIDICULOUS AND DOESN'T MAKE SENSE! I tried explaining what had happened and why I am rightly justified in receiving tthe refund to your customer service representative.

When I received the box, my teenage daughter, her friend and I opened the box (which was awkward and extremely heavy at approximately 88 lbs). We starting by looking at the pieces. Just by the initial look, we knew it was not going to work for the type of quality, delicate, and expensive pieces that were going to be showcased in the curio. We tried anyways to put it together and did not succeed as the particle board broke and chipped into pieces due to the extremely heavy tempered glass(that was not marked) that are held up on this by a strip of plastic. In making the final decision to purchase this specific curio, I did my research and feel that I was completely misled by the product description and reviews. These were the major deciding factors to purchase this particular product. The description stated that the curio was made of wood, glass and metal. The only thing correct in this description is that the glass is "strong". It is actually TOO HEAVY FOR THE CHEAP PARTICLE BOARD, "SLEEK, BLACK" SHELVING SUPPORT, AND PLASTIC STRIP THAT HOLDS UP AT LEAST 50 LBS OF GLASS. I called customer service right away to resolve this and get this thing returned!
Despite what I had explained to the customer service representative, I was given the only option of taking pictures of the defective, broken pieces and emailing it to the warehouse and they would decide if they will send me a replacement piece or a new curio. I told her that I did not want to replace pieces, it was not as described, the reviews were not accurate or helpful, this was not of the quality piece and could not hold my valuables, we couldn't put it fully together, despite the fact that it broke, I simply wanted to return it for a full refund/paid return shipping label and find something that was truly going to work. After several go arounds, she stated ONLY WAY TO RETURN IT was to pay a 30% restocking fee($50) and pay for the curio to be sent back($90) = $140. The cost of curio $149.15. THAT IS UNCONSCIONABLE!
I could fathom the restocking fee IF I HAD ordered the curio by mistake and did not have any issues with it, however, this is not the case and should be given the opportunity to send this curio BACK FOR A FULL REFUND AND PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL!!! What arrived was a cheaply made curio cabinet that consisted of two little pieces of particle board, plastic shelving support, and extremely heavy pieces of tempered glass that are far too heavy for the thin plastic strip that holds them together and weak particle board.

I am very disappointed and distraught over the poor customer service and the fact that this is not fully resolved. I now have this huge and heavy box full of junk in my home that I can't do anything with. I am disabled as I mentioned to your customer service and stress is unhealthy for me. She certainly didn't care and didn't live up to your claims of a helpful, exceptional customer service that is one click or call away, and who is right there to assist and "not to worry."

FRAUD OJ Commerce and Walmart

Same happened with me:
I ordered 2 Canon 80D cameras on Friday 25th Nov 2016, The cameras were in stock and my payment was processed. Got the confirmation email from Walmart that the order has been placed successfully and the shipment will be arriving between 2nd to 8th Dec.

After few hours OJ Commerce cancelled my order on their own saying below:

Dear ______,
OJ Commerce appreciates your business and realizes how disheartening it can be when something you want doesn't arrive in a timely fashion.
We regret to inform you that your order cannot be shipped. The item(s) listed below are now cancelled and we've processed a full refund.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I need my cameras to be shipped as they were in stock and I got confirmation from them. Why my order was canceled on its own.

Guys please let me know if there is any other forum where we are claiming them. We have all the emails and confirmation.

I ordered an item through Walmart.com and the shipment window past so I contacted OJ Commerce to be told that they have "7 warehouses and would have to get an update and would let me know status via email." The next thing I know I got a cancellation email. It was very shady and made me feel like they would have just taken my money and run if I did not follow through. It felt like they were selling something they didn't really have!

I bought a de-humidifier from OJ Commerce through Amazon's website, and it's doing a great job in my "moist" basement!

And OJ Commerce did a great job in getting the de-humidifier to me faster than their estimated timeframe for delivery!

I made a purchase from this company through Amazon and was completely happy with it. I love the product and all communication with this seller. No complaints, only the the need to say thank you!

I had ordered OJ Commerce, LLC Farmhouse Table & 4 Chairs for our Granddaughter [redacted]'s 2nd birthday on October 1, 2016. Her Party was on the following weekend and we weren't sure it would arrive on time but we told our son and daughter in law it would be coming anyway.
My husband and I arrived the day before her party and her table and chairs had already arrived and my son and daughter in law had put them together already. The only thing my son had said was missing was one screw, but he didn't know if [redacted] took it or he dropped it in the carpet so he just used one of his own, otherwise it was pretty simple to assemble and they were quite impressed with the quality of the furniture. When I first saw it I thought I ordered a darker wood, but if they were happy with it, so are we.
OJ COMMERCE, LLC had taken my order, processed it and delivered it faster then the delivery window they gave. I can say I am quite a happy camper! And we had three Little Princesses who had their own table to sit at for her party, who otherwise would have walked around with their food. I'm one HAPPY MOM MOM!

Worst customer service I've come across.

Purchased a Little Tikes Deluxe Playhouse (200.00) off of OJ Commerce's Amazon listing (so this order was on Amazon) and they sent me a used unit, which was missing 2/3 of the parts (the main frame of the playhouse). Contacted them several times and they want me to list out the pieces that are missing before they will proceed. I laughed out loud when not one, but two different people stated the same thing. I had to take pictures so they could see that it was missing basically the entire base and walls. I wasn't provided a manual (instructions) with shipment either. Basically, this company doesn't want to pay for shipping again.

I explained to two different people (supposedly the manager) that I wasn't interested in receiving the missing parts because the other parts are dirty and used. It's simple - send me a pre-paid shipping label and send a new unit out immediately. How difficult of a concept is that? Kept going around about their protocol and b.s.

Filed a claim on Amazon and haven't heard from OJ Commerce. They were somehow able to get my review removed off of Amazon so I came to google, and low and behold, everyone hates this company. Somehow they have a 95% on Amazon and that's clearly from them getting reviews removed.

The response to my Amazon claim is that they still want me to list our the parts that are missing.

I ordered 2-50 inch tv from them. They cancled my order than only gave me back money for 1 t.v. they aid it wa a pricing error.

Bought three TV from them. They then took my money then refused to send my item I purchased.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!

It was a huge mistake to buy from this company!!!
They punish you for receiving a defected item.
First the ship you a damaged item and then you have to go through their regulations to resolve the issue...
Lousy customer service, I'll never do business with them ever again!

Despite that OJ Commerce claims 100% customer satisfaction, THERE IS NO SATISFACTION QUARANTEE WITH THIS COMPANY! I bought a dulcimer as a Christmas present for my son who is an accomplished musician. The strings buzz terribly and so, right out of the box, we were looking at returning it, sending in for repair, or having it repaired locally. THE SELLER CHARGES A 30% RESTOCKING CHARGE!! OJ Commerce, the reseller, wants $65.00 just to take it back. $65.00 is outrageous. OJ Commerce only wants your money, not your satisfaction with their products. And they will take your money even if you find their products not up to muster.

For everyone wondering why Amazon won't take OJ Commerce off their marketplace, I think it is because OJ Commerce is using Amazon's CloudFront product. You can verify this by going to OJ Commerce's career page, click on an open position, click "apply now". Once you're on the application page, right click anywhere on the page to "View Page Source" - this will show you the HTML script for the website. Right there in the script, it lists cloudfront.ojcommerce.

Amazon doesn't want to lose OJ Commerce as a cloud customer and OJ Commerce doesn't want to be taken off the Amazon marketplace. PERFECT PARTNERSHIP FOR A SCAM!

I purchased a Halifax Cabinet from O.J. Commerce through Amazon. In my 10 years of shopping with Amazon, this product and this company is by far the worst I have ever seen.

Despite the negative reviews on the poor instructions and complicated assembly process, I purchased the product for use by my Legal Secretary - BAD MISTAKE! The directions were nearly incomprehensible. My office staff spent well over 2 ½ hours assembling this item, only to discover it was defective. Two of the drawers would not open and the wheels on one of the drawers was out of round (maybe causing one of the drawers not to open). My staff then spent another hour disassembly and packing for return.

Upon submitting the return request, instead receiving the mailing label like I normally do with an Amazon return, I got hit with a barrage of requests for detailed information, pictures and even a control number. The questions & requested information were excessive and unreasonable. The request for a control number was the final straw. Their inadequate inventory control system, where they did not know which product was sold to which customer, was certainly not my problem!

At this point I had over 4 hours of staff time dealing with this defective product, and dealing with this horrible company. I made the decision that it was not worth any additional time & expense dealing with this product or company. The product is now in the dumpster!

I suppose I am most disappointed with Amazon. Throughout the years I have had excellent products and service through Amazon. I have been a loyal Amazon customer since 2005. Last year I spent well over $10,000 on Amazon products for both my business and personal use. The vast majority of my purchasing is from Amazon & Costco. Both retailers offer great value and most importantly, convenient return policies.

It now appears that that Amazon has fallen down on their supplier quality control vetting process. It is disappointing and I will take a harder look at purchasing items from Amazon.

They are a vendor for Walmart's marketplace.. They advertised a heavily discounted TV on the Walmart website. They took the money out of my account, walmart cancelled the order, and I have emailed them (OJ commerce) directly for days about a refund but have received absolutely no response.. I chatted with Walmart CSR and he said they are having numerous issues with this company and are trying to help other customers resolve issues with them.

False advertising. Bought a "Casey Daybed" - all pictures show bed with trundle. All other companies on the web selling this exact same bed, sell it with the trundle. They do not say the bed does not come with the trundle in the heading describing the item. This company is affiliated with Walmart -- if you click on the other color the bed comes in (walnut), it clearly states "Casey Daybed:No Trundle" - however, that bed is sold by another company affiliated with Walmart. Then when I complained and wanted to return the item for a refund, I was told I had to pay shipping AND pay a 30% restocking fee. The bed was $468 and this same company is the ONLY one who sells the trundle drawer (probably because they separate it to scam customers) and it sells for $599. I could have bought the whole bed on Amazon for $590.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. After my first table came damaged I waited 2 months for the replacement. The replacement was damaged as well. After 2 damaged tables I asked for a refund. They refused. I don't care about policy, 2 damaged tables is disgusting. Costumer serivce does not return calls, they lie when you actually speak to them. This company is a scam, just read Google reviews like I should have!! They are sending a third table, even though I told them I don't want it. If it comes damaged I was told I will "likely" get a refund since it will the the third damaged item. Wow! Thanks for that. I will never purchase anything from this company again and advise nobody else does either.
