So very pleased! Needed to replace a refrigerator/freezer that could no longer be repaired and ended up getting a NEW in the box dishwasher, used fridge/freezer and self cleaning stove/oven all for less than $ [redacted] delivered and set up I had my own appliance repair person come check them out and he was VERY impressed The freezer is a zero degree and it and the fridge work GREAT; the stove was probably a $ [redacted] originally and everything works perfectly! I will be shopping here in the future; have a whole home warranty, so buying used is simply not an issue Service was outstanding as well Friendly, knowledgeable about their stock and just a no-hassle, positive experience I have already spread the work about this place

We bought a used fridge in November (first make...don't by used) After the second day we noticed the icemaker was leaking We called OTA and they told us to expect the repairman between 5:30-7: Waited until 8:00...still nobody Called them the next day and they forgot to tell him to come to our house So they come out that night and...yes...SILICONED the water line Well, guess what?!?! IT DIDN'T WORK! Started leaking a few days later so we just turned the water off to the icemakerTHEN....They day after Christmas we noticed nothing was cold in the fridge They (again) called a repairman out (some other man this time) He tore our freezer apart, defrosted it with a blowdryer running (while he left and went to lunch for an hour), came back and told me it was definitely broke and needed some part While at my house, he called the place to order parts and they told him the part was no longer available The repairman called OTA and they told him they'd give us a loaner until they could get ours fixed The lady who answered at OTA said they had a place where they can get ANY part available for ANY machine at ANY time! So, out goes our new (used) fridge to be replaced with a a loaner....and yes, no tubing for the icemaker so thanks for not letting us have ice)It's now been over two weeks since they've had it and when I called to check on it a week ago, the lady hung up on us(RUDE!!!) We called back and talked to another employee and he guaranteed he'd make it right Today (01/23/18) I call to check on it and he said it's been running fine for a week and a half and there was never a problem with the cooling system, that we must have left a door open on it....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? CHECK WITH THE REPAIRMAN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE! All we want is my OLD fridge back or my $ [redacted] that I spent in the first place WORSE PLACE EVER THEY NEED THEIR DOORS SHUT (after I receive my money).!!!
