I purchased a used washer and dryer, scheduled it a week later for deliveryThey where hours late to startThe delivery guy told me ge could not hook up the dryer with the vent hose said it was wrongCime to find out it was the right oneThe washer first load didn't seem to be washing rightThe dryer triped a code the very first timeNot knowing a lot about this turned to *** got some useful info off of itCalled two days later and they said they would send a service tech outThey did not So I called the next day the service tech was sickCalled the next day and got a time and day before I went to workOne hour before they where supposed to get there they gabe me a call and said due to a truck coming in the service tech would be lateBuy this time I'm at work and received several text messages frim my wife saying the service tech said both the washer and dryer were unfixableSo I called them while I was at work and I can't be on the phone but this needed to be taken care of as soon as possibleSo I called the store Brett answerethe phone not with a hello but I know why you're callingI told him that I know they have several bad reviews and a B+ rating with the Revdex.comThat I felt it was best to part ways and give my money backSo then Nick got on the phone wanting to exchange themI said why the first didnt workI just want my money backI spent $dollars on something that never workedThe business was dirty inside and unorganized you say the leastThe employees were very unprofessional and acted shadyIt a little suspicious when is warm outside and someone is wearing a hoodyHaving a B+ rating is horribleI was with the Revdex.com for a few years and maintained a A+ ratingThe only way this can be made right is giving me my money back

This is such a poor business I feel obligated to warn people away from them now that I see them doing advertising again Once you buy something and are out the door, just pray nothing goes wrong soon because you won't receive help and you will be treated very rudely I bought a used washing machine here and it stopped working about days beyond the store warranty period The store wasn't willing to budge on charging me full repair cost and the male owner was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered He talked a mile a minute (are you on coke, dude?), was contemptuous and condescending Horrible experience

So very pleased! Needed to replace a refrigerator/freezer that could no longer be repaired and ended up getting a NEW in the box dishwasher, used fridge/freezer and self cleaning stove/oven all for less than $*** delivered and set up I had my own appliance repair person come check them out and he was VERY impressed The freezer is a zero degree and it and the fridge work GREAT; the stove was probably a $*** originally and everything works perfectly! I will be shopping here in the future; have a whole home warranty, so buying used is simply not an issue Service was outstanding as well Friendly, knowledgeable about their stock and just a no-hassle, positive experience I have already spread the work about this place
