Old Town Appliance has had our fridge for repair for over weeksThis is the second time they have had to repair the refrigerator
I would like to obtain a complete refund for the fridgeThe business has not started work on the it to fix it while they have had it for nearly weeks, furthermore they do not communicate with me about the status of the fridgeWe paid $*** plus tax for the applianceIt is a black ** fridge with bottom freezerI do not have the model number as it was purchased usedIt came with a 90-day warranty and has been back in the shop twice since we purchased itWe paid with credit card

This is such a poor business I feel obligated to warn people away from them now that I see them doing advertising again Once you buy something and are out the door, just pray nothing goes wrong soon because you won't receive help and you will be treated very rudely I bought a used washing machine here and it stopped working about days beyond the store warranty period The store wasn't willing to budge on charging me full repair cost and the male owner was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered He talked a mile a minute (are you on coke, dude?), was contemptuous and condescending Horrible experience

So very pleased! Needed to replace a refrigerator/freezer that could no longer be repaired and ended up getting a NEW in the box dishwasher, used fridge/freezer and self cleaning stove/oven all for less than $*** delivered and set up I had my own appliance repair person come check them out and he was VERY impressed The freezer is a zero degree and it and the fridge work GREAT; the stove was probably a $*** originally and everything works perfectly! I will be shopping here in the future; have a whole home warranty, so buying used is simply not an issue Service was outstanding as well Friendly, knowledgeable about their stock and just a no-hassle, positive experience I have already spread the work about this place

on *** at 12pm I was looking for a frige for the new house so I need one asap the same day , I ask the sale guy for delivry option and I ask if they can take it same day before 5pm , so he say yes I pay *** dollars w check after pm I make several calls to confirm the delivery they keep saying yes its on the way then they say its waithing for delivery guy at 6:I receive a call from the store about the frige its finally on the way ,at pm I call again and they keep sayin the same history at pm I finally talk to the owner (***) about the problem and we agree on a cancelation due to the time they keep saying about we can delivery netx day at the time I have my kids and my wife at the house w no frige no food and I told him no to due it I just want my money back , they told me they gonna cut the check and trashed , netx day I chek my bank account and I notice they deposite the check the same day so I call the
