As others have stated, do not order from this companyI have continued to attempt to return an item for exchange or refund and spotty, bare email responses suggest that they cannot find the order, order number, address, order itself, email address, etcthis company appears to be a shamBeware and order from other established, reputable companies

I ordered from this company, and returned the garment within the stated day return windowThe website states a full refund with in days of the return, but now after almost months I still have no refund! I've used their site chat tool and sent multiple emails and received nothing in responseThere is also no phone number to contactDO NOT ORDER WITH THIS WEBSITE unless you'd like to throw your money away

I have the same experience as the previous reviewer here I ordered a jumpsuit from this company that did not work for me I sent the jumpsuit right back using the company's return label I returned the jumpsuit at the end of March It is now the end of May and I have never received a return confirmation OR a refund They basically stole my money I have now tried more than times to contact them by e-mail with NO response To make matters worse, because I have gone to their website to try to get in touch, now their ads appear on every single other page I visit Do NOT order from this company, despite their heavy social media presence and push! What a SCAM

I purchased the Sabrina Jumpsuit and realized I forgot a coupon, so I emailed the company (didn't see a phone number)I then saw their notice that they had a high volume of emails and would get to them as soon as possibleIt was a couple of days later (and they already charged my credit card - which most companies DON'T charge until the item has shipped), when I got scared that Oliver Grace was a scam companyI then emailed the company more times and asked them to cancel my order or I would go through my bank to cancel the item (gave about more days before I finally called my bank to cancel through them)The bank cancelled the item, but Oliver Grace ended up shipping the itemI tried it on and didn't like it (also was over the company with the lack of communication and just wanted my money back), so I emailed them and asked for a return label since there wasn't one in the bag (the website said to do this if there wasn't a return label in the bag)I did so and still haven't received a return label (has been weeks)Another part of the company told me I'd have days to return it from the time I received it, but still, this is TERRIBLE communicationThey need a phone number so that people can talk to someone and not receive an email weeks later ESPECIALLY when our credit cards are chargedTo take our money and not communicate with us for so long is not good customer service

I placed an order on 5/13/16, the confirmation email I received stated I would receive my order by 5/6/- weird right? So I emailed the company to verify the date since obviously it was a glitch - no answerA few days later, I email again inquiring status - no responseI then search their website for a phone number but there are NO phone numbers - just an email address which no one ever respondsI emailed multiple times with no success
I've contacted my bank and disputed the charge since Oliver Grace so graciously charged my account the same day of my order
Please beware of this illegitimate business!

I had a terrible experience with this company I ordered their popular jumpsuit after seeing multiple ads for it on Facebook I was give a time frame for how long it would take to receive the item A few days before it was due to ship, the manufacturer - not Oliver Grace - contacted me with a general email stating that the jumpsuit was on back order and that they would notify me as soon as it would ship I was not given a date for when it would shipAt this point, I needed the jumpsuit in 2-days so I emailed the manufacturer to get an estimated time frame for when it would be ready I did not receive a responses I then emailed the company twice to cancel my order No one responded I emailed them on Facebook Oliver responded by Facebook within a couple of hours to my message but by that time, I called the credit card company to dispute the charge Oliver Grace never apologized for their poor customer service and lack of communication with me nor did they apologize for not being able to deliver the product A day later, the same Facebook ad showed up in my feed for the same jumpsuit It seems they are advertising for products that they can't fulfill It was a bad experience overall

I strongly suggest not ordering from this company I sent back my return and it was received on march 31, However I am still waiting for a refund days later I have attempted contact via email (only way to contact them) and I have not heard back from them I paid via paypal Now I am out almost $ There is no phone number to contact the company If you do order from the, use a credit card so you can refute your charge

HI - I received advertisements for the sabrina jumpsuit on Facebook and decided to purchase one. It came today and it's very unattractive and ill fitting. I am a 4/6 petite and ordered to small petite jumpsuit. It is long and the bodice is big and the v goes very low in the front. This is one of the worst items I have ever purchased. They must use an internet company to write fake reviews because they were all positive - O tried to write a review on their website and I was not allowed to write one. I also tried to get return information and they make it very difficult to ship the item back. Steer clear of this brand!!

I returned a jumpsuit February 2016 and have yet to receive my refund. They claim they are a small business and are working through everything. I've emailed them at least 10 times and their responses are just stringing me along. Honestly, the quality of their product seemed great, the jumpsuit was gorgeous, arrived timely. Sent a jumpsuit back for a return beginning of March and due to some 'technical changes' they are delayed in processing refund. This is a total scam run far far away from this company. I'm going to refute via credit card company as this is getting ridiculous. It's June already.

I ordered the Sabrina jumpsuit and it didn't fit. I returned it the next day and the tracking number confirmed they received it. They acknowledged in 2 emails they had received the jumpsuit back and I just needed to wait an additional 2-3 weeks for them to "process" the refund. It has now been 2 MONTHS since they received the jumpsuit and I still don't have a refund. To add insult to injury, they have blocked me on Facebook from IM about my return.

I ordered a jumpsuit April 9th. It is now May 15th and I have not received my item. The only manner in which to contact them is through email. I have sent two emails in attempt to deal with this situation and have not heard back from them.
