Absolutely zero customer service. They owe me a credit I never got. They owe me a rerun label I never got. They owe me multiple replies which I've never gotten. You can't call them. They don't retun email.. Is this company a scam? I will take it up with Visa and let them hash it out...

Like everyone else I checked the customer reviews before ordering. Ordered the [redacted] Jumpsuit and it arrived too late for the date I needed it for!!! Got alot of weird feedback. So I have been waiting for the return label and have asked 3 times. Now I finally have a phone number of which I'm sure is bogus!! I'm hanging on to the jumpsuit until I get a return label. Great way to LOSE $180.00 dollars!!! You have not heard the last of me yet. You just messed with the wrong person. Calling lawyer tomorrow.

I ordered the jumpsuit that Oliver Grace promotes heavily online, in two sizes, neither of which fit properly. The package had no return label, so I looked online for return instructions. The Oliver Grace website indicated I had 21 days to return the items and that I should email customer service to request a return receipt. I emailed them immediately, received no response, and then sent several more emails, in addition to messaging them on Twitter. After numerous messages, I received one reply that said they were having email system troubles but that I would be contacted and sent a return form with 24-48 hours. That never happened and I received no response to emails after that. Today I finally contacted my credit card company to file a claim to dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RETAILER.

I ordered from this company, and returned the garment within the stated 21 day return window. The website states a full refund with in 30 days of the return, but now after almost 2 months I still have no refund! I've used their site chat tool and sent multiple emails and received nothing in response. There is also no phone number to contact. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS WEBSITE unless you'd like to throw your money away.

Oliver Grace is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I will be filing a formal complaint if I can't get this worked out ASAP. My husband ordered a jumpsuit in March for Mothers day. It never came. I called the credit card and cancelled the order since they had already charged me for it. A week after I cancelled the payment, the jumpsuit showed up. WITHOUT A RETURN LABEL. I emailed for a return label. The company DID call [redacted] who then recharged me... Its been over a month and four emails and I am STILL waiting on a return label. This company is HORRIBLE. Please don't do business with them. It has taken me hours of dealing with the AMEX and sending all email communications as well as trying to get a hold of Oliver Grace. RIDICULOUS!

The company is fraudulent. I ordered an article of clothing after seeing that they had a return policy. After following those guidelines and requesting a return label (part of guidelines), they never sent return label. I made several attempts to contact them and now it appears they have vanished. They advertised heavily on Facebook. Certainly there has to be accountability, right?

I have the same experience as the previous reviewer here. I ordered a jumpsuit from this company that did not work for me. I sent the jumpsuit right back using the company's return label. I returned the jumpsuit at the end of March. It is now the end of May and I have never received a return confirmation OR a refund. They basically stole my money. I have now tried more than 3 times to contact them by e-mail with NO response. To make matters worse, because I have gone to their website to try to get in touch, now their ads appear on every single other page I visit. Do NOT order from this company, despite their heavy social media presence and push! What a SCAM.

I would never order from this company again!
