I am writing in response to [redacted] complaint on behalf of RTS LLCFirst and foremost I would like to apologize that her experience was not a good one As a customer service based company obviously upsetting anyone is not our intentions I appreciate her input and will do my absolute best to make sure we take her comments to heart and continuously try to improve our practices However, I would also like to inform you that although I have apologized on their behalf the representatives are independent contractors for RTS LLC, not employees, therefore I have no control over where they go on a day to day basisStill, I will be more than happy to do everything I can to prevent future occurrence's from taking place Again I apologize for the experience but I will not be sending a notarized letter to everyone in the neighborhood because I think that is a bit excessive given the situation and I don't believe everyone in that neighborhood had the same experience, especially since some of our products have been sold there Please except our apology and know that we will do what we can Thank you, [redacted] Office Manager

I want to say thank you for the quick response to the above complaintHad it not been for you sending the complaint I would still be waiting for them to pick up the vacuum, however, when they came by they did not have my vacuum cleaner so I had to take their vacuum to Greenville and pick up mine......which when I got there they didn't have mine and we had to wait for them to go get it from where ever they had taken itI still say they didn't try to call me or come by my houseI called them last Thursday March and was told they didn't know when they would come and they had days to pick it upPlease keep an eye on this company.......they don't go by their contractsThanks, [redacted]

I received an email from the company apologizing for their actions and they offered my mom a discounted vacuumI overlooked the email from Revdex.comI have no issues with the company

We were sorry to hear that *** *** dog chewed up his cord, however we are not able to control what a new independent contractor says to a customer in his or her home. If he had called our office we would have explained that the cord or hoses can be destroyed by a dog if left out for them to
chew up. As of this date we have not received a phone call or gotten a message regarding this issue. This is the first time we are hearing about this. We will gladly replace the cord on*** *** *** at no charge. We would recommend that he keep the cord and hoses out of his dogs reach. As for as opening a store in ***, we chose to relocate in ***. Someone may eventually open a store in *** but that would be a future endeavorAlso*** *** friend must have bought his $machine online. In order to receive the warranty and all the guarantees you can only purchase a*** from a door to door salesperson. Obviously his friend bought a used machine and it is not under any sort of warranty. We have tried to reach *** *** today and have left him a message. Unfortunately *** *** can't return his machine as there is only a day cancellation and he is well past that dateWe look forward to hearing from *** *** in regards to replacing his cord

We have tried several attempts to reach Ms*** by phone but no one answerswe have also gone by her house and have not found anyone homeI just tried to call her again but did not get an answerPlease ask her to call our office as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to retrieve our

I am writing on behalf of RTS LLC regarding complaint filed by[redacted].  As soon as our company was made aware that we had delivered her the wrong trade in, we immediately sent the correct one to her home. It was delivered Feb 8th and she gladly accepted it. We apologized to...

the customer for the mix up and as far as we know she is now satisfied.

I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] on behalf of RTS LLC.  I apologize for any misunderstandings however we can not make an exception and cancel the contract. We are willing to replace the cord one time at our expense, but that is all we can do. The sales people are independent contractors, not employees so again I apologize for anything that they might have told you. However, you did get the warranty information at the time of sale.  Offering you a free cord is the best that we can do to compromise so please give us a call if you would like us to provide it for you.

I have reviewed the response but have this to say about it.........they did not try to call my phone like they said.....the first time they called was this afternoon, when I was at a meeting and could not answer but they did leave a voice mail which I listened to and called them back as soon as I got through listening to the message. I called twice to ask when they were coming to pick this vacuum up and BOTH times was told they had 20 days to pick it up.......not what the contract said!! I also do not believe they came by because I was at home all this week. I will NEVER do busy with this company and will tell anyone that I hear about doing busy with them they better think twice. I will close the file only when my vacuum is returned!
