$863. and some change which put the total at around 3700-3800. Since Mr. [redacted] complaint though, he has cancelled and returned the machine to our office and we have refunded his credit card back the down payment of $344.00. I have also cancelled the financing with the lender.

First of all, I am a female. Second of all I have documented proof I called your office. my friend got a new one from a door to door salesperson. Running a dog rescue I know to keep things out of reach of the dogs, duhhh. But when your employee tells me it can not be chewed thru or as such I am not so vigilant of sticking it in the closet when I am done. the people in the office that took my call were rude and condescending. I do not want his vac. I do not want to pay for this vac, I want you to get it and take it off my credit. I don't care about the 3 day rule, make an exception.
