My sister ordered a major component for our family Christmas dinner about days before Christmas, with delivery scheduled for Dec On Dec22, she was informed that delivery could not be accomplished by then and was rescheduled for Dec30!! She immediately cancelled the order and we are now scrambling to fill in the huge gap As a result, not one of the or so family members will ever do business with this company again and are hoping it goes out of business

Thanks for ruining Christmas Omaha! My wife and I thought our families we shop for would enjoy a nice Christmas meal 'not' We placed our orders on 12-16-and were told our packages would be delivered on 12-22-& 12-23-So I made sure someone would be home to receive the packages, after waiting all day yesterday (12-22-16) no packages were deliveredSo today (12-23-16) I called to find out what happened to our scheduled deliveryAfter waiting 1/hour on hold I was told that both orders were placed for delivery on 12-23-and their records showed they were not going to be delivered until 12-27-WOW thanks Omaha Steaks! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ordered a box of goods for Father's Day (a Sunday). Arrived on Wed. melted, thawed, leaking red juice, so the cryopak was torn. There was a THIN layer of dry ice - this was in June - 95 degrees in Chicago. Sat on the [redacted] truck all day! Delivered after 6pm. I called for replacement, which they said I would get on Saturday for Father's day. Package came the next Tuesday. When I called they wouldn't give me a refund because they said they already replaced it!!!!! I had to dispute on credit card, but it took a lot of time and ruined my Father's day gift! I would never do biz with them again!!!!! Also, note: the chix breast, steaks, pork chops, apple tarts, all of it, portions very small!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:There was four packages ordered two were refunded and one was corrected leaving one unresolved.

Regarding the above mentioned complaint, this customer has contacted us repeatedly regarding his order. We have reviewed the calls several times and found that we shipped exactly what he ordered. He had originally called wanting another order, but refused to pay shipping so the agent gave him a...

package that included free shipping. He agreed to everything.
