Cheerleading shoes were ordered online. This item was paid for and shipping was paid for the item. The shoe size that was ordered and described on the website did not match the size listed in the sizing chart. The company was contacted about the sizing issue and I was instructed to return the shoes for a different size. The exact words of the representative were, "our shoes run small and are tighter than a regular shoe." I paid for the shoes to be returned with tracking. After 8 days of no correspondence from the company, I contacted them by phone. They informed me that the show was now on back order and would be 6 weeks before another pair could be shipped. I then asked for a refund and my request was denied.
This is in response to case ID # ***. Omni Cheer offers a general shoe sizing guide on our website in addition to offering customer product reviews to reference. While we recommend using these tools to assist when ordering, we cannot guarantee any sizing as we are an online catalog company. Omni Cheer received the customer's shoe on 8/24/17 and issued an exchange for the requested size which processed on 8/25/17. On 8/31/17, the customer was advised the shoe was on backorder and requested to cancel the order. The order was cancelled per the customer's request and a refund was issued for the shoe and a separate refund was issued for the shipping cost on the original order per the customer's request to resolve the complaint.
