Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe Business states that they cannot help me because the warranty is out of date, and there are "no recalls or any common issues with this model" I find this very odd considering that I have contacted the three authorized [redacted] TV repair centers in my area, ( [redacted] , [redacted] **, and [redacted] ), as well as On Corp US online call center, and been told, in each case, that this was a "common issue" with this modelThe fact that there has not been a recall of the model is undoubtedly due to the fact that the defect does not pose a safety riskThe fact that a major electronic componant routinely fails within two years of manufacture is not only disturbing, but indicitive of a serious flaw in the deviceIt does not seem like too much to request that the company stands behind their product, and repairs this issue in order to bolster good customer relations and avoid any further complaints or adverse publicityI look forward to a speedy and favorable resolution to this issueSincerely, [redacted] ***

I opened an case through the Revdex.com about an television that this company sold to me through Sears and it was the wrong televisionAfter numerous attempts we finally came to the conclusion in June of this year that the company would refund me my money and take the television backAfter the rep [redacted] told me this it was impossible to reach to company againSo I contacted my case manager at the Revdex.com for help because he closed the case prematurely seeing that the issue was not completely resolvedIn July mr [redacted] of on Corp USA stated that they were in the process of issuing my check and having a box sent to me so that I could return the television and be refunded my moneyI immediately emailed him back and stated that I would send the television back myself if he sent me the addressHe again never responded which is the pattern with this companyIt is now aug and I have not received and response, nor boxes or and check that refunds my moneyThey will not give me an address to send the television to and I can not get anyone at their corporate office to answer any phone callsI would like for my money to be sent wishing the next ten business day or contact information for their legal department as well as me [redacted] as I am prepared to start a lawsuit for their fraudulent behavior and neglect to their promise of refunding me my money in July.Desired Outcome: Money sent to me with ten business day or contact information for your legal and media department
