Contacted On Point Wildlife to remove bats out of my attic Sept 2019 . Didn't clean attic after job was finished. Called them to let them know I still have bats in attic on May 19th to inform that I still have bats. They told me I will have to pay another 1000. To have them to come back out and remove them again because I had a new roof put on. Contact company that put my roof on who told me that I still had bats in attic when they tore off my old roof and put new one on. Contacted On point who said that there work was destroyed when new roof was put on. Problem is bats where still there when new roof was put on. So they did not do the job. Just want them to remove my bats which is what I paid them to do
This complaint was resolved the next day after contacting us (before we were even notified of this review).
We removed bats from a home in September of 2019. The customer got a new roof installed in March of 2020. They started seeing bats again in April (3 weeks after the new roof was installed. Once the previous roof was removed it also removed all of our bat "exclusion" work (the materials we use to seal out bats and animals).
We visited the home and photo documented the entry points that had been exposed by the roofers and agreed to reseal tye roof at no additional charge to the customer as a one time agreement for customer satisfaction.
This complaint has been resolved prior to this review populating on the Revdex.com site.
I hired On Point Wildlife Removal to get rid of rats and squirrels in my attic, they did a great job, the insulation had to be replaced because of how nasty it was, the replaced that and at a good price, showed up when they promised and had the job done quickly, I am happy with their services
