Becky C[redacted] is the rudest lender I have ever had to deal. Anytime I asked her a question she would take forever to respond and once she did finally respond she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. I backed out and went with a different lender. I would never suggest her to anyone

Review: [redacted] Our Agent suggested that we use On Q Financial of On Q Financial Team Limon for our home mortgage. From the start, we received excellent service from the On Q Financial Team Limon. After, our agent found the prefect house for us; the Limon team of On Q Financial was able to collect all documents need for a VA home loan and proceeded to get the loan approved in a timely matter and sent to underwriting. This is where everything became the worse experience of my life. On February 26, 2016 the processor on the Limon team forward over to my wife and I , a list of all the documents the underwriter needed to approval the loan. On February 28, 2016 all documents was sent to underwriting for approval. On March 1, 2016; I received a call from my loan officer stating that the underwriter needed more documentation, after sending document after document back to underwriter, the underwriter continued to request documents from myself; when in fact I was not on the loan. On March 10, 2016, my wife and I had to ask the sellers for an extension to close because the loan wasn’t ready. The extension was granted and the date was set for March 17, 2016. On March 10, 2016 at 1634 the owner/leader of the team contacted me and stated that was clear to close and that no other documents were need to close, so at this time I removed all my contingencies to proceeded to close that were agreed upon. On March 11, 2016, I received a email stating that the underwriter is requesting an updated letter of explanation from [redacted] on the 2 new credit inquiries that showed up on her credit refresh, which were NOT on the previous report. Also that on myself ( non-borrowing spouse has 1 new inquire but it is On Q. My wife [redacted] went into the office on March 10, 2016 and completed the explanation and I ([redacted]- non borrower) had completed a follow up can with Dora Perez with Certified Credit Reporting company; regarding a medical account that just need toDesired Settlement: 1. Approve the loan, using the documents that has already been provide and proceed to close ASAP.

2. Refund $10,000 , to include $3000.00 earnest payment, $2345.00 in moving fees and storage fee,$2376.00 for month to month rent for Apartment.

We worked with Mr. [redacted] to resolve all outstanding items in order to get this loan closed. The loan was closed on March 25, 2016.

Review: I contracted with on QFinancial for a refinance on my residence and was told repeatedly by [redacted] that I would have no problem with the appraisal on my residence. Multilple times I expressed my concern with the value since [redacted] showed my house @ 126k, I needed to be @ 130k for the refinance?

She repeatedly told me that I would have no problem! I then payed the required $400 appraisal fee... Then Nothing... No appraisal results ...No communication! The only time she would talk to me was to as if she accidentally answerd her phone, @ which time and every time I would learn absolutely nothing had been happening with my loan....Ive never met with [redacted] nor have had any consultation as requested...It appears on QFinancial operates

in a very misleading manner! And due to their poor communication and lack of competance ( lack of correct info on my application, never even had the correct payoff amount, which they showed as thousands above the correct figure) I feel as if I would have went to a competant company this deal would of been done! But, in the end, due to their lack of professionalism im out $400 and still no contact, no options..... no explanations!

Also would like to add, this journey began on January 18th 2013 and still nothing!Desired Settlement: I beleive this could still get done, but since they cant seem to do their job in a proper ,timely manner I would like to immediatly start with another company and pay them the appraisal fee with my refunded amount...........Maybe this time I will find someone with some accountabilty?

Mr. [redacted] loan closed on April 3, 2013. I did speak with him this evening and he indicated that once [redacted], our transaction coordinator became involved the process and closing moved forward and he is satisfied that this was completed.

Review: [redacted]Our Agent suggested that we use the [redacted] outpost of OnQ for our home mortgage. From the get go it has been a bad experience. The owner/leader of the team has talked down to us since day one, citing on numerous occasions how hard its going to be to get us (new small business owners)approved for a loan. We got one of our parents to co-sign for us in order to make it happen.

They have asked for(and received with the threat of not getting the loan approved) every single piece of personal financial data from both us and our co-signers from the last three years, with no exceptions. To make matters worse they did not ask for all of this info at once but instead asked us for small tidbits at a time leading to more tidbits and so on for over a month now.

As told at this point we were still on track for a Monday the 21st closing date.

The kicker happened at 3pm on Friday the 18th when they called and told us that since our Business transcripts for 2013 had not yet posted to the [redacted] (they were mailed on March 20th) our loan could not be approved and will be pending until they post. All the while they have copies of our 2013 business filings and a copy of the cashed check that we paid out to the IRS for 2013. Upon talking to the [redacted] we were informed that business returns take AT LEAST six to eight weeks to post, falling way out of our contract period.

Being that they waited until the last minute to tell us this we could not prolong our due diligence period, now our earnest money deposit ($4500.00) will no longer be returned to us regardless of whether we settle on the house or not.

This is a complete mess and there is absolutely nobody to blame besides OnQ.Desired Settlement: We want our loan taken of hold or our Earnest Money returned so that we can walk away from this horrible experience. We have consulted with our lawyer, our accountant and numerous other lenders who have told us that a simple copy of the 2013 business return would suffice for the loan. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason why the copy of the return has to come directly from the [redacted] when have provided every single piece of documentation that show exactly what we sent in.

We have spoken to the customer and gone over the details that brought this complaint about. The transaction was a more complicated transaction and communication to the borrower could have been clearer with regards to expectations and timelines. The transaction did close on 4-28-14.

Review: This mortgage company does not operate on honesty and integrity. I was per-approved for a mortgage. I went through the whole process including relocating to North Carolina from Michigan being told that I had a closing date. I then move all of my belongings and the company continues to request new information everyday,literally. After living in a hotel for over a month, I was told that they had not submitted my paperwork and they had basically been misleading me throughout the entire time I was working with them. The lied about everything from day 1, not to. Ention they had all my personal financial information which is scary. Do not do business with this company....Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I want members of the public to be aware of this company. I would also appreciate some form of compensation for my hotel stays, as I was told that I was per approved and had a delayed closing date. I can provide receipts for these stays.

We would like to discuss the complaint in more detail with Ms. [redacted]. We reached out to her to obtained the best phone number to reach her and she responded promptly with the number. We have left several messages and we have not received a call back. We sent an e-mail to her this morning requesting a specific time that would be good for us to call her.

Wanted to refinance a 400K loan on a 1.2M property. Submitted all financial documents and paid for an appraisal. Then, one fee after another was added and was finally denied because of a relatively small unrelated tax bill that was not yet paid because it was being appealed. I've heard of scammers working with appraisers but didn't expect this one.
