We just signed on with Fox Pest control and thus far their service has been exceptional! Today, Eric was our technician and is familiar w/the issues we've had w/ground digging wasps (aka cicada killers)This was his second trip to our home to help resolve the issues we've hadBoth times Eric has given us a call to let us know he was enroute and w/approximate arrival time, has been exemplary in his customer service and knowledge base in regards to the insecticides used etc Overall we are and continue to be extremely happy with our services from Fox Pest control and would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for great customer service and professionalism

Nick, the technician, was very thorough and attended to everything we wanted checked in addition to the regular cheand treatment

We had Fox come out to take care of our ant and waterbug problem Ernesto was a wonderful technician He was very polite and explained everything well We would recommend Fox to our friends, I would ask them to request Ernesto!! Great job!!

Outstanding company Friendly staff and very professional They gave a great military discount and the technician, Ernesto was very awesome He spent time explaining everything he was going to do and the chemicals that he used When he was finished he gave a great recap of what he treated for and what he say around the house, in the garage, and the attics and crawl space I would recommend this company and Ernesto to anyone!

**Nick** came to my house today and gave the property the full treatment inside and out He shared some pest issues that I didn't know I had (snakes) and even found a wasp nest that I didn't know was there on the front porch He went above and beyond to flush them out even though they were mighty angry Very positive experience for a reasonable price John, VA Beach

It has only been a couple of months, but thus far I have nothing but great things to say about Fox Pest Control When speaking to the persons whom work in the office, they are friendly and courteous The technician whom came out and performed my termite inspection was wonderful and Mark whom performs my bi monthly pest control treatment is equally as polite, professional and takes the time to answer all of my questions Thus far, a great company and I am pleased
