Wow, unbelievable service! We've had pest control services at other places that we've lived in the US, but Fox is who we went with in Chesapeake and we couldn't be happier. Nesto the tech did a thorough job treating around the foundation of my home and removing the spider webs.. Did a good job explaining about the fact that the product that was used is non-toxic.

Our tech's name was Ernesto. He has not been with the company long, but he was very knowledgeable. We live in an older home, and he was very thorough and friendly.
I'm happy to help Ernesto receive a tip and to offer follow up on a positive start to a business partnership.

I love Fox Pest Control! They came out within the same hour that I called them in a panic about a winged water bug crawling on the wall in my kitchen. Nesto sprayed inside the kitchen and around the outside of the house. He was very pleasant and he answered all of my questions.

We have had Fox Pest Control since September of this year and they have been great. Our property line is actually within the tree line, but they have done such a great job bugs of all kinds are no longer an issue. Today the technician Mark did their quarterly check, changed out traps and sprayed all required areas. He was curtious and did a great job. He even walked around the house again to make sure we did not have any wasp nests. He reviewed everything he did while here and ensure we didn't have any questions before he left. You can't go wrong with Fox Pest Control.

Tech Eric [redacted] performed a thorough quarterly visit, based on the report provided via email. Because we were not at home the day of his visit, we did not get a chance to speak with him, nor could he gain access to our garage, where we have had some rodent problems. The report indicated, however, that he did check the bait stations and replaced bait as necessary.

Jake and Josh were on time and professional. Thorough and explained the service. Thank you.

I have found fox pest control to provide excellent service and to have exceptionally nice service technitiions that always do an outstanding job. They do a great job at taking care of all my problems that I have and have been willing to help me solve any problems that I have. The costumer service I have found has been quite well and willing to help. I don't have any bugs anymore and the treatment seams to work to keep the pesky insects down. We had a lot of spiders as well as ants in the inside, but the inside treatment seemed to do the trick, I would defiantly recomdend fox to anybody who wants a quality service,

Josh came and set up my initia servicel today. He was straightforward and honest. Bo came and serviced and did an excellent job. They did a professional job.
