I am not trying to make this a back and forth eventI am not saying there were no problemsWe emailed you a claim form over a month agoWe need it filled out and signed and sent backWe just got a list of itemsWe need the actual claim form that was sent to you The shuttle fee written on your estimate is $The shuttle fee was discussed during your estimate as a possibilityThe $was after the discount we were offeringIt is not some hidden chargeThe new place just doesn't have access for a semi Believe me we would like this closed out more than youWe have policies and procedures that have to be followedWe first try to repair or fix any problemThen if that does not work we look into other optionsBut the claims manager generally will not even contact you without a claim form filled out

We utilized On Time Moving & Storage to move my [redacted] and I from [redacted] ** to [redacted] I will include pictures with the corresponding complaints - Packing: The day of packing On Time Moving & Storage sent person along with this persons *** She admitted to us that she never packs and I questioned if she was competent enough or was even trained and skilled to pack Our various bath towels and beach towels were utilized as padding for many of our valuables without even asking for our permission I questioned to On-Time Moving and Storage if this was standard operating procedure Pictures will show that the packing was completely unprofessional -Delivery: Upon delivery of our products I communicated multiple times to On-Time Delivery that because of the condo association rules, the truck had to be unloaded by PM This did not happen, the truck did not arrive until 1:the day of the scheduled delivery and the movers did not finish until 5:

Ontime did a great job moving me both times I used them Their staff both in the office and from the truck were very generous, and helpful The quote was right where they had said it would land, and the crew arrives just as their name suggests, On time and ready to go If you need a move that is as stress free as it can get, these are the guys for you

The two guys that came to my house, [redacted] & ***, were amazing, never on the cell phone, when they showed up got to work stayed working till work was completed, very nice, courteous, professional, wrapped everything, and nothing was damagedI would recommend them again and again, they did an exceptional job!!!!

Worst experience I have had and still having with a moving company. To start the day they showed up to move they didn’t bring a big enough truck so they left a whole room of furniture that they didnt on the truck. I had to go rent a uhaul at 7pm at night to finish the packing so I could leave that night to drive to my new location. Then once the truck arrived at my new house and they unloaded it. There were so many damaged items. Over $3500 in new appliances damaged and over $2000 in furniture damages. Huge dents in my washer and refrigerator. Scratches and chips on my expensive dining and living room furniture. They lost a leg of a table and a power cord to my TV! This was very upsetting. When I contacted them to get this resolved they want to offer me $200 to make this go away. I am still fighting them to do whats right. This is the worst moving experience I have had with a moving company. I do not recommend them. Please be aware of the nightmare I am having with this company!

The customer is yet to finalize a claim formThey wanted us to handle the claims at a timeWe do not do anything until a claim form is finalizedWhen he did fill out a claim form he would mark thru items and change the claim formThe customer left the crew at the house and expected them to know what to pack and moveAs all moves and people are different it is impossible to know exactly what he wants done

We recently used On Time Moving and Storage for a move from Florida to Ohio I was initially impressed by the friendliness of the staff that I spoke with They took lots of time explaining the process and were very upfront about everything Everything went very smooth and they followed through on all that they promised No surprises Very satisfied and I highly recommend them I would without a doubt use them again if the need arises

I think it is about time for me to review On Time Moving and Storage I was lucky enough to find this company in When it is time to choose who will move your valuables from one place to another it can be overwhelming Leida took the time to tell me what to look for in a moving company and what to watch out for and then said call me if we can help Well I kept on my search and soon realized I needed to call her back I have moved from Jacksonville Fl to Nashville Tn and back and they were on time and very careful with my furniture and my breakables and it all arrived just like I packed it They kept in touch with me so I would not worry and as you know moving is stressful and that means a lot I just moved from Jacksonville Fl to Orlando with very little notice and they went out of their way to make sure all went smoothly I have moved times in years and I have had the pleasure of working with Bobby, Chris, Joseph and many other people who work at On Time Moving and Storage and they are all respectful, nice and professional When it is time for you to move put yourself in their capable hands and let them do what they do best, take care of you and your valuables! I know I will move again for my job and it is nice to know that if it is across town or across the country they have my back!

We want to thank all the employees at On Time Moving & Storage for relocating our items from St Augustine to the Florida Keys This certainly happened faster and easier that I had though We felt the price was reasonable and fair And everything (especially my RC planes) arrived safe and sound

They did a move for us on 12/30/The company miscommunicated internally resulting in an unprepared crew arriving at our houseThe outcome was lost pieces, damaged pieces and damages to the houseThey also did not finish the job by just leaving many things behind at the old propertyI have documented and reported everything and now the company refuses to respond

Recently hired On Time Moving and Storage out of StAugustine, FL for the third time in five years Note: There are a couple other companies in Florida called On Time so make sure you get the guys in StAugustine I worked with Bobby in the office there First off, their charges are good They come out, look at what you have to move and give you their estimate of what it will cost They are on target and very fair I like that Next, I am a coach and I move fairly often with my job I know how to pack I use decent packing boxes I label each box with my name and what room the box goes to I count my boxes and number them so we all know what is mine On Time Moving and Storage has been there for me each and every time I hired them And this is the best of all NO BREAKAGE NO DAMAGE NO LOSS NO KIDDING I do personally like to move first thing in the morning They often arrive early on my moving day and they get right to work No eating up time I appreciate that Believe me, I do have some moving horror stories I could share but NOT with this company I have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS and only praise for On Time Moving and Storage Finally, we all know it is stressful to move but this company takes a lot of the pressure off moving and I appreciate that more than I can say There are good and bad out there everywhere ON TIME MOVING & STORAGE is one of The Good Guys (From Steve *** in Florida)

The delivery of my possessions were late as per our contract, also all of my boxes labeled fragile glass inside were squished and my belongings inside were broken, all my dishes glasses, ectEven my microwave oven door was shattered, everything was wrapped in bubble wrap and it was all shattered and broke like they were tossing my boxes not handled with proper careAlso a bookcase was broken and when I expressed my disappointment, I was told it was pressed wood so it is not there problem that it broke and it not covered or to be reimbursed.Also my cat carrier was broken and missing its door, and my tv unit could not fit the door so I had to take it apart instead of them , to bring it into my apartment, Another issue is my less then yr old king size mattress that was packed by the company is also damaged due to deliveryIt's all bulging and lopsided, I don't know what they did to itThe pick up people and office people were so nice except for the main delivery driver named ***

Packers were negligent in their packing boxes and truck Company does not take responsibilitySays should have paid for extra insurance They should have said they didn’t know what they were doing so pay for extra insurance The insurance in the contract is for damage associated with a move not out and out negligence Negligence is outside the scope Poor business practices and very negligent They believe minimal amount of money will cover all the antique dishes, they said they knew how to deal with and take care of, that were packed on the bottom of a box with heavy items on top Also to damage a hardwood dresser took a lot of force, not easily done
