I have contacted Sona several times regarding my refund. No one has returned my calls. They charged me again for services that was never rendered.
I scheduled a appointment to have a laser treatment done. Since my insurance didnt cover it I paid on 3/7/202 to solidify my appointment. On 3/19/2020 I get a call 30 minutes before my appointment saying my appointment was canceled. I was upset but due to Covid-19 I understood. I didnt want to reschedule so I asked for a refund. The rep stated it would take 7-14 business days. After 14 days exceeded I contacted Sona several times requesting to Billing Manager. No one has contacted me. I was charged today again for services that was NEVER RENDERED. I contacted Sona again just to go through the same loop again. I cannot believe Sona. We are all in the midst of a Pandemic. Some people are unemployed trying to budget money in their savings and you are robbing people. No one is helping me resolve this issue. No one has attempted to callback or refund me my money. Sona owes me a total of $549.50.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund of 549.50 to be sent back to my account immediately. It has been a month.

I want a return call to discuss my treatment. I have called several times and am told I will get a return call but they never call me.
I started treatment in June 2019. After three months I voiced concerns that I was not seeing any change but they told me to give it more time and that I could request before and after photos. In September I requested them but never received them. In December I called and requested my photos again. I also asked if I could get a refund for the two sessions (Venus treatment) that I did not complete because I had noticed no improvement in other areas. The consultant stated that I had to complete all sessions. I explained that I had completed all sessions on two other areas of my body with no change and I just wanted a refund of those two sessions for my abdomen. She said I would need to complete all sessions and she would call me back to schedule and would email my photos. No call back and no photos. I call again on 3/9 to request a refund of those two sessions and my photos. The consultant stated she needs to complete her consultation with another customer and will call me back. No call back. 3/10 I call and ask to speak to a manager. The receptionist said I will get a call from the manager that same day. No call back. I spent over $5,000 at this place and they cannot even return a phone call to discuss my concerns. They were so nice and wanted to talk to me all the time when trying to sell me their treatment package but now that I have a concern they won't talk to me. This company has terrible customer service and I want a refund!

Desired Outcome

I want this business to give me a full refund because they did not follow through with their promise to send me before and after photos and they do not return phone calls to discuss my concerns. I saw no change after several months of treatment.

Sona Dermatology offered me a treatment for spider veins. I came to the office at 9104 Falls of Neuse Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615 last July and was assessed by *** who stated that all of the spider veins can be removed for $935, as I was unable to pay cash for the treatment ,she offered me to apply for a loan with Greensky who is partnering with Sona Dermatology. I took a loan out for the amount of $935. I had three treatments and struggled to see improvements, I called Sona and spoke to *** who told me that all she can to is to sell me another treatment package on which I replied that it was not the service I paid for and I am not willing to buy another package when I was promised that all the veins will be removed for $935. I also called the practice manager *** on February 6th 2020 and tried to resolve the issue with him, he refused to cooperate and hung up. I called right back and been told by the receptionist that *** has left for the day and will give me a call tomorrow on February 6th, however, I never receive the call back.
I feel that Sona Dermatology failed to fulfil their contractual obligation and mis-sold me a treatment package. I took nearly a thousand dollar loan and never received the service I paid for.

I only got offered one free treatment which will not be sufficient to treat spider veins. I tried to call Sona cooperative office to see if they can refund me the money or offer more treatments but they never got back to me. The issue still remains unsolved

The issue still remains unresolved. I paid nearly a thousand dollars for the procedure with very little/ none results. I have been mis-sold the service and Sona's proposal offering one free complementary treatment is not considered being sufficient for the money I paid and results I was promised.

Sona Dermatology has failed to resolve the issue.

Charged my credit card and will not return my calls now. This company is either inept (after 6 calls made) or they are crooks
I agreed to services over the phone and was immediately charged on my credit card. When I arrived for the service I decided I wanted to change my services and reduce the number by about half. I was told I would receive a return call to address the matter that day. after several days I called again and left a voicemail...no return call. After another week, I called again and left a message, no return call. Finally I called and was transferred to the representative (***) who initially charged my account and she disliked my tone so she hung up on me. I spoke with her manager who seemed to think *** was perfectly in her right to treat me as such, so I told *** that I was cancelling all future services and wanted a refund to my account. I was told by her that this would take place and she would call me the next day (that Wednesday, this is Saturday. I called Friday again to speak to *** and was told she'd call me Saturday...no call and apparently they are closed at 3:00 in the afternoon. So after two weeks of being ignored I am livid, and they have a lot of my money with no end in sight as to how long this will continue.

Desired Outcome

I would like this information to be sent to their corporate office so they know how this business is being run. I would also like my money returned to my credit card immediately. I should also receive an apology (although that I doubt will happen since neither employee did initially and they don't seem to think theyre doing anything wrong).

Corporate offices helped sort the financials and in fact were generous to write off some percentage of what I still owed. I am greatful to them for that and for allowing me to be heard. As for the local office, I can't say anything good. My assessment of them stands. Lousy customer service and treatment by their local management. Their practitioners are sweet but I personally think my money will go to a more professional and appreciative business.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! The staff at this location only are friendly at first at a tactic to get you in the door but once you officially sign up their true colors quickly show! Customer service is horrible here!!! I went in for laser hair removal where I was told that I would experience pain similar to a rubber band striking against the skin repeatedly as well as low levels of heat. However, my experience was quite the opposite due to the technician using such a high setting that I received multiple first degree burns in very sensitive areas including my bikini line. I told the technician numerous times that it was too hot but she insisted it was normal and continued to retreat over the same area causing serious burns! The next day I was extremely sore and in pain and that is when I realized something was not right and immediately contacted the office who instructed me that they did not have any medical personnel in the office today and that I would have to go to the other location to be evaluated (Which I believe was a lie), nonetheless I went anyway since I knew something was wrong and the woman confirmed that they were first degree burns. Not once did the treating office reach out to me to see how I was doing or how I was healing the woman who did the evaluation called to check in on me and not a single call from the original location. It was not until maybe two weeks later that the technician decided to reach out and check in. I was promised a full refund on April 14th and immediately sent over an release form since clearly I was burned badly in very sensitive areas and needless to say I have been calling and emailing the office manager *** without a response. She stated on the 17th of April after days of no contact that the refund had been processed and of course there is no refund showing which was confirmed through my bank. Skip the headache and scars and do not do business with this merchant! They will tell you anything to get you in the door to make a sell and treat you horribly after! I will NEVER do business with this business again and will not recommend to anyone.
