Review: On 2/**/2015, I called 1 and Only Locksmith for an apartment lockout service. I was careful to ask and confirm the cost of $44.00 for a service. They reiterated that, yes, the charge for a simple lockout would be $44.00 "unless more extensive work is required." No extensive work was required. The locksmith was able to open my door in under two minutes using one small tool - the first tool he tried. I was charged $94.00. My bank intervened, and this company lied to my bank about the service agreement.Desired Settlement: I would like $50 refunded to me to honor the agreement that was made over the phone when I agreed to hire this company for the service.

Review: First Technician was unable to rectofy problem after 3 attempts. Stated that a new code was needed and that it would take 2 hours to download however the charge would not effect my fee.. A different Technician arrived and charged me $75 more and just looked at me and shrugged his choulders. Both Technicians were [redacted] and spoke poor English. I attempted to get resolution from the company and after one response I was ignored. Pathetic business practices.Desired Settlement: The orriginal price honored and a $75 refund.

Review: I called this number because my keys were locked in my house...###-###-####...my cell phone was dying and it was 11:21 pm on monday 12/**/13. I called the police first and they suggested I call a locksmith. This was one of the first that popped up on my phone when I went online to google. I waited and when the man showed up he explained he had just gotten pulled over, took a look at my lock, ( a regular universal lock from lowes). Only the bottom lock was locked it took 30 seconds for him to put a whole in my lock and then charged me $300. After he tried to get me to pay more to replace the lock and I was saying no as the police who were patrolling my house because they knew the situation drove up he basically took off. Now as he left I tried to have him give me a receipt and he just left. I called the number back and kept getting hung up on, or passed around being told I would receive an invoice in an hour, then in five min, then they said they didn't know who came out to my house. They said that they are called one and only locksmith obviously after charging my phone and investigating that name I see it only comes up in NY when im in south jersey. Considering this was almost half my rent money and I am not even receiving any explanation or legitimate answers from this company I am getting pretty suspicious that I was ripped off. I have had the door looked at and was told that no way should that 20 second drilling job have charged me $300.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of what I deserve from the $300 cash I gave this man for a job not worth what he charged me.
