They won't stop harassing me by phone despite dozens of requests to be put on their do not call list

I had a windshield replaced several years ago(2008) and I just received yet another call from this companyFrom the number [redacted]  this timeI don't want any glass work done and I have received hundreds of unwanted calls from this company since despite repeatedly asking them to never call me again and remove my information

Please consider this your warning this company is the -on a scale from 1- I cant get their sales people to stop calling me They put inferior glass in my car, waves and it chipped in the first month Had to pay [redacted] AutoGlass to fix the job [redacted] are experts at windshield replacement ?If you want to be reminded of your mistake every two weeks use ONE CALL or what ever the liars call themselves this week as they keep trying to change their name

I had a ding fixed in my windshield about years ago and not only did they do a poor job fixing the ding, they have been calling me for the past years non-stop I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me nicely and disrespectfully but yet they keep on calling not to mention they call from several different numbers I have tried blocking these numbers and yet they always seem to have a new number that makes it through I consider this harassment and have taken this step as the 1st of many to putting and end to this company

They call me at least once a month ever since I used them in and again in sometimes they even call twice in the same week Every time I tell them, "I have you number on my Rolodex...if I see any cracks or chips, I'll call you", they still continue to call me I had to get very rude with the last guy...he kept going on & on with his script even though I was getting loud with him that they need to stop calling so often I finally just hung up with him I didn't realize that they had such a bad rating with the Revdex.com> I will NEVER use them again I think they are running a scam on insurance companies because he said I should just have my windshield replaced anyway despite no cracks because it had been almost a year What?

I have been unable to locate [redacted] name or phone number in any of the company databases. I spoke with [redacted] this morning and provided her with my direct phone number to call me if she receives any additional phone calls and she agreed that she will provide me with the number that comes...

up on her caller ID so that we may research who is actually calling her and get the issue resolved.

Review: My wife has been receiving calls from this auto glass company for the past 6 years despite the fact that we moved out of AZ in 2008. My wife has requested to be taken off of thier call list and explained that we are out of state every time they call. This time "[redacted]" the "office manager" told my wife to "calm down", "shut up for a second", and "If you say pretty please I'll take you off the list". Please do what you can to hold this rude disrespectful company accountable. Review: I’ve received multiple calls to my cell phone going back over 18 months from individuals I believe to be telemarketers representing a company called “One Call Auto Glass”. This is despite my advising repeatedly I am on the Do Not Call List and that I want no further contact, of any kind, from One Call Auto Glass, it’s representatives or employees.

Typically, my cell phone rings, I hear a click and 3-10 seconds later, a person begins speaking stating they are from One Call Auto Glass and that One Call Auto Glass previously repaired my windshield, inquiring the current condition of my vehicle’s windshield, do I need repair service, etc.

I have re-registered on the National Do Not Call List PRIOR to the most recent volley of calls I have received from One Call Auto Glass and/or its employees/representatives.

Most recently, I was called 3 Mar 2015 at 3:15pm and I reiterated all the above information. Despite this, I was then called on 13 Apr 2015 at 12:24pm and was again called today, 22 Jul 2015 at 11:47am. This call was placed from telephone number ###-###-####. I spoke with “[redacted]” who clearly identified herself as “this is One Call Auto Glass”.

I told “[redacted]” that I’ve informed One Call Auto Glass representatives repeatedly that I am on the Do Not Call List, that I will never use One Call Auto’s services, that I want no further contact of any kind, that her phone call to me was being recorded (lawfully pursuant to Arizona’s One Party Consent Law) and then asked “can you explain why do you keep calling me”? She then said “I will remove you from our call list”. This is nice, however I’ve been told this before... actually before the last three calls I have received from One Call Auto Glass.

I’m well aware of the following federal laws One Call Auto Glass is violating.

Federal Rules & Regulations Implementing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. Code of Federal Regulations 64.1200 (c) (2) prohibiting calling any telephone number on the national Do Not Call list as well as Federal Rules & Regulations Implementing the Telemarketing & Consumer Fraud & Abuse Act, 16 C.F.R. 310.4 (b) (iii) (A) which prohibits calling anyone who has previously asked not to be called.

I hope the Revdex.com would take what action it can regarding this issue as well as forwarding and expressing the seriousness of this complaint to the owner of One Call Auto Glass, who is, under “Respondeat Superior” laws of all 50 United States, LIABLE for the unlawful actions of the telemarketers [redacted] employs.

Here’s what I will do if I receive one more call from One Call Auto Glass.

I will proceed with what have been thus far just been preliminary discussions with an attorney specializing in Telephone Consumer Protection Act violations.

In legal discovery, I will seek damages from One Call Auto Glass employed agents, the telemarketers.

I will lodge a formal complaint with the Office of the Arizona Attorney General.

I will file a complaint with federal authorities, specifically the Federal Trade Commission, for the violations of federal law mentioned above.

I have dates, times, incoming [redacted] cell phone records/spreadsheets, voice recordings and pictures taken from the caller ID display of calls I’ve received from agents purporting to represent One Call Auto Glass.

I asked politely, over and over and over again, for One Call Auto Glass to stop calling me. It’s agents said the calls would stop, over and over and over, but the calls never did.

Review: I was a customer of One Call Auto Glass three years ago when my wife and I each had our windshields fixed. Since that time, we both receive between 1-4 phone calls PER WEEK from One Call Auto Glass, from different phone numbers (so we can't use caller ID to block the calls), asking if we need our windshields replaced. We have told them every single time to take us off their list and that we have continued asking this. They act surprised each time, apologize, and promise to take us off their list. Then they continue their calls unabated.

I have warned as many people as possible never to use this company or this will become their fate. We have contemplated legal action just to make the calling stop. I have [redacted] each new phone number and have found myriad complaints against this behavior.

I beg you, please do whatever is in your power to make this stop. The One Call Auto Glass business model is built on subterfuge, lies, harassment, deceit, and an impressive lack of ethics.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the company STOP CALLING ME, and stop calling their other customers/victims.

If justice were to be served, I would also request that my time be compensated. For my wife and I, we have now wasted approximately 10.4 hours (Calculated--two people, 30 seconds per call, four calls weekly, three years) answering the phone, finding out it is the One Call Auto Glass telemarketers, asking to be taken off the list, and expressing extreme anger at their harassment. My going rate is $50/hr., which totals $520 owed due simply to lost time (my subsequent extreme frustration was not part of the calculated time per call).

If the business does not wish to provide monetary compensation, then I would be satisfied with a written apology, signed by "[redacted]" or the current owner, to every customer that has received this harassment. These customers did nothing wrong and deserve better and I would like to see that happen.

Review: It has been many years since they replaced a windshield for us. They have called me numerous times, from various numbers. Each time I tell them that I am not interested, and to put me on their do-not-call list, and each time they tell me that they will. I have been interrupted in meetings at work many many times in the past few years by these people, but feel like I won't be able to make them stop calling unless I change my number.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop calling me or anyone else who asks.

Review: The company refuses to remove my cell phone from their call list. Weekly I get a call from this company, and weekly I ask to be removed from their call list. They will either hang up or tell me they are sorry and will remove me from their call list.
