Review: The company refuses to remove my cell phone from their call list. Weekly I get a call from this company, and weekly I ask to be removed from their call list. They will either hang up or tell me they are sorry and will remove me from their call list. They never actually remove my number from their list.Desired Settlement: I want to no longer be contacted by this company
Review: It has been many years since they replaced a windshield for us. They have called me numerous times, from various numbers. Each time I tell them that I am not interested, and to put me on their do-not-call list, and each time they tell me that they will. I have been interrupted in meetings at work many many times in the past few years by these people, but feel like I won't be able to make them stop calling unless I change my number.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop calling me or anyone else who asks.
They call me at least once a month ever since I used them in 2013 and again in 2014... sometimes they even call twice in the same week. Every time I tell them, "I have you number on my Rolodex...if I see any cracks or chips, I'll call you", they still continue to call me. I had to get very rude with the last guy...he kept going on & on with his script even though I was getting loud with him that they need to stop calling so often. I finally just hung up with him. I didn't realize that they had such a bad rating with the Revdex.com> I will NEVER use them again. I think they are running a scam on insurance companies because he said I should just have my windshield replaced anyway despite no cracks because it had been almost a year. What?
Received multiple.solicitations from this business despite continuously requesting to be put on the no-call list. Callers are pushy, demanding, and even mock customers.
The actual replacement of the windshield was done properly. The tech that came out as respectful and very good. What happened afterwards (and is still happening) is the issue. They call and call and call after being told many different times to please stop calling. The last straw is when they finally stopped calling my wife's cellphone and called her employment number (don't know how they got the number) and after she told them, that she was busy with work and she did not have time to speak to them, they literally said "that is just shady, i'm sure that's what it is" and hung up on her. She tried to call back the number (as she got time throughout the day) to speak to someone about the comment they would not answer her phone call.
Review: The owners and/or managers of this business ([redacted]) operate multiple glass companies (One Call Auto Glass, [redacted] etc) and multiple auto-dialers in their blatant attempts to circumvent FCC rules and the federal DNC list. After literally dozens of requests that they discontinue calling me, they continue to harass me with repetitive phone calls from different phone numbers marketing auto glass windshield services.
