Has been days and have not finished work that was estimated to take 3-daysHave caused massive water damage that remains unrepaired On Sunday June 24, 2018, One Call Roofing began roof repairs on my building located in the historic district of downtown AnnistonThe estimate called for 3-days, depending on weather, to completeOn the 25th, while the roof was opened up and the interior was exposed to the elements, a storm caused the interior to be floodedThere were no tarps in place then and the previous evening when it was left open overnightAs of today, days later, the job is not even half completed and the massive damage to interior and contents has not been addressed or resolvedI am filing this complaint because it has been a month since there has been a roofer on site, and representatives of One Call Roofing refuse to return my calls and textsTheir insurance agent, [redacted] , also refuses to return my call and emailThere are gallon buckets and a roller and

We found a leak and called One Call RoofingThey send Brian and Joey which found hail damage and helped us through every step of the insurance claimDuring the whole process, Steve (the owner), Brian and Joey with his crew were fabulousThey gave us a high-quality roof, no leaks, and an outstanding warrantyWe were kept in the loop on planning (weather is an important factor- no rain and not too cold as that affects the roofing materials, who knew)Once the job started we had a new roof in two daysThey clean and got almost all the nails and all debris is goneThey came back for an inspection and found some faults made by the builders for which they send another crewThey even found that some siding was deteriorated and replaced it at no extra costI recommend On Call Roofing and Remodeling to anybodyThese people are thorough, caring and honest, who want to help you to enjoy living in your house

I called One Call Roofing because I had a smal leakAdrian came out and found that I actually had storm damageHe worked with my insurance company to get my claim approvedThe staff at One Call kept me updated and scheduled my new roof as quickly as the weather would allowThe crew was professional and they were able to complete the whole project in one dayThey did a tremendous job of cleaning up and checking for nailsThey even added extra touches that other roofers didn't, such as trimming the shingles around the edges

I hired One Call to Fix flashing around chimney and to repair chimney because cracks in mortar and chimney cap cracked, concerned it unsafe
Met with *** in June I told him what I need done.They came out 7/7/started I told them what roofing was on house and what they used did not match.The came back 7/14/to seal chimney and they had not even fixed the chimney.They sent someone back 7/15/with caulking gun and mortar in a tube and made mess of chimney and on roofCalled *** monday 7/and he came out 7/and I showed him what was done to chimney.He said he would refund my money he also told me they do not repair or rebuild chimneys they are roofers not masons.I said if you refund it may cost more to fix what was doneHe said give him a few days to find mason.Office called 8/7/said they were sending someone out the 11th and I told them *** was to send email of list of what they were to do firstHe sent email 8/9/I said ok nothing was doneI text *** 9/11/

ONE CALL ROOFING - unproper repair, causing further damages
One Call Roofing - was hired to do a repair on a metal roof at ***building in ***
After multiple times the roof is still leaking and all we are getting are excuses and further delay that are causing more damages to the building due to the rain getting inside the buildingThe busines is unresponsive, and all their phone numbers are diverted to a call center taking messages only - no customer service whatsoever
