In of last year I had an issue with my roof that needed to be repaired and I had no clue where to start I began my search by googling "roofing companies" The first company that popped up I called and they were so rude and unprofessional, it was very obvious they did not want to take time to answer my questions The second company on the list was One Call Roofing and it was like a breath of fresh air when they answered I was beyond frustrated and stressed out because I'd never had to deal with such a major problem in my home They walked me through the steps and even met my insurance adjuster at my home to go over the work needed to ensure they were covering everything that needed to be done Fast forward to July 2018, I needed some more work doneThere was no chance that I was calling anyone to do it but One Call Roofing I called and Brian immediately called me back He went over the insurance claim paperwork with me and every step of the process He even accommodated me by meeting me my job for me to sign the paper work The whole team has always been extremely courteous, patient and puts the customer first It's truly a pleasure and so reassuring to know that there are still ethical companies that exist Thank you One Call Roofing! This company came out in the middle of the "Nate" storm and put a tarp on my roof to stop the leaking in my home Steve and James were just kind and efficient James was the person who got up there in the rain and put the tarp on my roof God Bless him, he was soaked, but got the job done and offered if there were any further leaks, he would come back and take care of it no matter what time I am very appreciative!!!

Has been days and have not finished work that was estimated to take 3-daysHave caused massive water damage that remains unrepaired
On Sunday June 24, 2018, One Call Roofing began roof repairs on my building located in the historic district of downtown AnnistonThe estimate called for 3-days, depending on weather, to completeOn the 25th, while the roof was opened up and the interior was exposed to the elements, a storm caused the interior to be floodedThere were no tarps in place then and the previous evening when it was left open overnightAs of today, days later, the job is not even half completed and the massive damage to interior and contents has not been addressed or resolvedI am filing this complaint because it has been a month since there has been a roofer on site, and representatives of One Call Roofing refuse to return my calls and textsTheir insurance agent, ***, also refuses to return my call and emailThere are gallon buckets and a roller and

Very impressed with the work we had done by One Call RoofingThe employee's arrived right on time, were professional and did a great job on relocating a vent We thought we had a roofing problem, but One Call found the issue to be condensation around a dryer vent, causing a stain on the ceiling of our Laundry RoomThese people are very honest and the price to move the vent was reasonableThank you very much One Call !!

I called One Call Roofing to inspect an intermittent water leak coming from my roof Adrian called me right away and set up a time to come out and walk the roofHe discovered that there was some other damage, as wellI contacted my insurance company to let them knowThey sent out an adjuster and he and Adrian inspected the roof togetherThey noticed some shingle deterioration from wind and hail damageCarter, One Call Schedule Master, set it all up to try to bypass as much rain, as possibleHe called me and let me know that they would be there within the next few weeks and called me the day before and let me know that the crew would arrive by 6am the next dayWhen I say 6am, I mean 5:59amThe crew showed up right on time and began removing the old roof offThis was a 12/pitch which is very steepThey were tied off well and the work continued with drop cloths and tarps everywhere for protectionThey wanted to try to catch as much debris as they couldWith old roofing torn off, the new underlayment went downI like this underlayment better than usual felt as it seemed to be more durable and tear resistant, thus helping prevent new leaksThis was an atypical man crew of extremely nice peopleThey made it look like ballet as they moved across the roofThey did an tremendous amount of work day one and worked from sun up to sun downThey had just a small amount left the next day and completed it within two hoursClean up was taken care of as I'm a stickler for getting up all the remaining nailsI searched entire yard and only found oneThis shows dedication and integritySo the question is, when you have a leak are you going to make the right choice? I know it sounds odd to compliment so much, but they went above and beyondExtremely satisfied! As Adrian said, "Once One Call replaces the roof, it's their roof!" They want to make sure you are happy with the work and pleased with the process
