My sincerest apologies in the delays in getting product in.  Thank you for your patience.

[redacted] I am sorry for the delay in communication in regards to your order with us here at One Good Thread.
Unfortunately we had some unforeseen delays and complications this year which caused us to miss our shipping windows with several product lines this season Giggle Moon Harvest Fields...

collection being one of those.
As a solution to this problem I can give you a store credit of $100 so you can pick something to replace it if you would like?We do have several other products by Giggle Moon and other designers as well.  I can also offer you a refund but at the moment there would be a slight delay in the processing of the refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Unfortunately it has taken a filed compliant with the Revdex.com to have the business respond versus responding to my more than 4-5 emails and voicemails left when it was an option to get an update on the status of my order.  This is not how a business should treat their customers. At this point I would like the business to refund my money so I can move on and purchase through another avenue.

Review: I ordered a skirt, shirt and headband from the company on Sep 5, 2015 on Sep 12, 2015 I contacted the company to find out when my order would be shipping to me and I was told the week of September 21, 2015. When the order did not come I reached back out to the company to find out what the status was and after several emails and voicemails left for the company with no response I put in a dispute with PayPal at which time [redacted] from One Good Thread called me and left a message that they had the merchandise and could ship it to me if I still wanted it. I immediately called him back to confirm yes I still wanted the merchandise. I never heard from him again regarding the shipping of my items. I once again sent several more emails and attempted to call the company but no one answered during their normal business hours and their voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. I have attempted all forms of communication over the last 7 days with no response at all. Unfortunately I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to assist me in reaching out to the company to hopefully get my money back for the merchandise I did not receive.Desired Settlement: I would either like the merchandise I ordered or a full refund of the monies paid.

Review: I ordered & prepaid for multiple high end boutique clothing items for my children from One Good Thread back at the beginning of August 2015. Since then I have not received the items or my money back. Any contact with the company prior to late September involved Treavor telling me my items were back ordered & I would receive them soon or I would get a refund. Then at the beginning of October - nothing!!! Their phone has been disconnected !!! & no one has apparently heard anything more of them. They wrote a "nice" letter on their Facebook page talking about "some family tragedy" but never actually state whT happened. They talk about how they "want to make everything right" with the customers they "stuck" but no explanation as to when or how.

This is feeling & sounding like a massive rip off of what was at one time their loyal customers

All I want is my $$& back!Desired Settlement: I just want my money back at this point.

2015 fall items that were demanding full price back in July & August when the items were introduced & new are now discounted at least 20-30% and each day more bring bigger discounts

Review: I placed a layaway order for 266.00 in February I attempted to email and call to set up a payment with no response. Approximately one week later they contacted me by email and set up a payment of $25.00 for 8 weeks, every Friday, The problems began right away, I was charged double my payment twice, and they processed my payment on whatever day they wished, instead of on Fridays. They eventually stopped processing the payments all together. I attempted to call and got no answer again. They contacted me 2 weeks after this to collect the whole amount. Even though, they were responsible for not processing payment. I expressed my desire to cancel the order and requested my remaining balance. They informed me a charge of 10% restocking fee would be charged on the order total per month, which would be $79.30. They did not tell me my remaining balance. I looked up their layaway policy and took a screen shot. It states a %10 restocking fee would apply but does not state that this is per month of order total. They proceeded to argue with me for 2-3 emails, I provided them with a copy of their layaway policy, they still would not tell me my balance. I have asked to speak with the manager or owner and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I am seeking store credit if my payments made to them, which I believe is $166.00, though they would not confirm this, minus a one time restocking fee of 10% or $26.60. So I am seeking a store credit of $138.40

Review: I ordered several items from this company that were over $400. This was back in July. I have only received three of the items purchased. I have reached out to this company several times through both emails and by telephone. I have not received any response from the company as to where my items are or about refunding my money. I just want my money refunded. They had no problem charging my card without sending my items to me.Desired Settlement: I would like my money to be refunded back to me.

We are so sorry as a company that it has taken this long to get the remaining of your items shipped to you! If you would prefer a refund, I completely understand but I know someone has been working one on one with the vendors to get these items shipped.

Review: 7-22-2015: I placed an order for two pairs of shoes that were listed as available. When I contacted the store regarding the status of my shoes, I was told that they were actually in preorder status. I asked when they would arrive and I was told within the next 2 weeks. After contacting them again following the 2 week wait, they blamed the shoe's producers and said that they were not sure when but in the next two weeks. I asked for them to cancel my order and issue me a store credit and I would simply make a different purchase. I understand that things like this may happen.

8-28 -2015: I placed an order for two outfits and applied my credits towards an order for two outfits. Upon placing my order, I realized that these outfits were listed in preorder even though the company's site claimed they were in stock. I called and immediately asked to to credit me so that I could make an in stock purchase. Once again, I was told that they were sorry for the confusion, but they would be happy to issue me a credit.

9-15-15: I placed a final order for two items, IN STOCK, using the credit that I had plus I payed an additional $12.00. The outfits were then taken off of their site as well as many of the items they originally had for sale. I emailed and called many times but noone has returned my emails or phone calls and their voicemail is now full. On Facebook, they issued a statement, apologizing and promising to fullfill all orders over two weeks ago, but still no responses. Many people are complaining of the same issue, but still no responses from them other than an automated message.Desired Settlement: I would either like my items shipped immediately or my full amount of payment (credits/remainder paid) for the items purchased.

Review: I placed an order with this company on Aug 18, 2015. I've yet to receive the order. I've emailed many times to inquire about the order and then to request to cancel my order and get my money. I have never gotten a response to my emails. When I try to call the phone number it says the mailbox is full and will not allow me to leave a message. Review: I placed an order with OGT on 7/10/15 and it has not been fulfilled. I have requested a refund on more than one occasion and have not received a response. After reviewing their page on Facebook, I quickly realized I'm in the same boat with many, many other customers. On 10/22, they posted they experience a horrific tragedy and would make it "right" with everyone, but it doesn't seem anyone has received their product or refund. This is unacceptable. I have contact them several times in the past months and they said they were working on my order and would ship out as soon as they received it. Review: I ordered and received a childs Persnickety dress from this company. It said to order up a size, I ordered up 2 sizes and it was still way to small. I returned it the very next morning so that the company could re sell it before Christmas. I would consider this a Holiday dress. I paid through paypal. I returned the dress with tracking number at my expense, I was timely so that they could re sell the dress. They have now had the return for 10 days and have still not refunded me. I contacted them through paypal and they just keep fobbing me off and sending the tracking number of the original shipment from earlier in November. They say they take 10 days to refund. Why? And why be so inconsiderate. 10 days is here and still no refund. I think this is very bad business behavior and other people should be warned of them. I still want my refund

To who this may concern, It can take up to 10 business (14 non holiday/weekend) days to process a return or exchange, as we are a small business and as a small business, I think this is very fair. I have attempted to refund this buyer even without having verified that we do in fact have the dress, therefore not being knowing whether or not it is in the same condition we mailed it out in, however the buyer did not accept the return.

Review: I ordered $150 worth of clothing for my daughter in July 2015. They will not refund me and have stopped replying to my emails. Initially I emailed and they said they would refund and suddenly just stopped. Their web page is still up and they are still taking money from people. Review: Hi. I preordered thru One Good Thread for the Persnickety fall preorder. After receiving my items I contacted them to let them know I would like to exchange the Persnickety Flora Sweater size 8 for a size 7. I mailed the sweater back. I have emailed several times and no response. I finally called today and the message I got was it was not a working number. There website shows they don't have this swearer anymore. So I want a full refund so I can reorder on another site.
