Review: Ordered girl's top on 8/17/2015 as preorder (order [redacted], paid with American Express; account has been charged) . When merchandize did not arrive by October 20th, sent an email to which is receive an automated reply. Hearing nothing, I called and also try to access Chat Live; both methods resulted in a message saying that the number I am trying to reach is out office.Desired Settlement: Seek to cancel order and have refund applied to American Express account.

Review: I have placed orders with this company in the past and had no issues. However, I placed two separate orders on September 17, 2015 which have as of November 23 not been fulfilled. Today I tried contacting One Good Thread via their listed customer service phone number ([redacted]) and that number has been disconnected. I have also sent email communication to their customer service email address. I cannot get any response.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive the products themselves or be refunded the $135.95 which is the cost of the products & shipping I did not receive from those two orders.
