This client was issued a refund on 3/3/in the amount of $and the account was canceled

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a refund in the amount of 2X on April 22, However, I signed into my One Great Family account today and I see that the following items under "Subcription Information" have been changed to "N/A": Date of Subscription, Subscription Plan, Length, and Expiration Date HOWEVER, Under "Credit Card Information" not only do they still have my credit card number (I had asked for that to be permanently deleted from their system as they have proven many times over the years that they cannot be trusted with it) but also under my credit card number, the "Automatic Billing" feature for my card is STILL set to "YES"! This is unacceptableI do NOT want any future billings from themAutomatic Billing feature needs to be set to "NO" and my credit card information DELETED! Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Archives.com is an affiliate company of OneGreatFamilyWhen a consumer goes into Archives and signs up for an account, there is an option if the consumer wants to sign up for a OneGreatFamily account alsoThe consumer must click yes to create an account with OneGreatFamilyThis client created an account with OneGreatFamily on September 25, through this portalPayment for the OneGreatFamily service is billed through ArchivesAll disputes on charges must go through Archives.com@ ###-###-#### OneGreatFamily received a Google alert on October 10th that this consumer wanted to cancel which was done and email verification was sent of that cancellation

I am rejecting this response because: While it sounds promising that they have stated that they have addressed the technical issues regarding privacy, I did as suggested and tried to look up a family memberThe problem with their suggestion is that one can only look up a surname, without a subscriptionThe user is given a list of the quantity of people with that surname and is then prompted to buy either a trial or full subscription in order to view the individualsAs previously stated, this company does not accept cancellations except for by phone, but they do not answer their phone or reply to messages, thus holding the subscriber hostageTheir suggestion to try to see if my living family members still appear on their site is an empty if not self-serving oneI am not subscribing, even temporarily, with a trial subscription, due to their proven lack of customer service of any kind. They will need to come up with another method by which I can be assured of my living family members' privacy

our accounts automatically renew each billing cycle until the account is
cancelledAdditionally, we explain that no refunds will be issued after the
account has been canceled
This client did cancel on 4/15/
but activated their account again on 2/8/without further cancellation
requests
This client is currently in chargeback status through their credit
card entityUnfortunately this client will not be issued a refund due to the

I am rejecting this response because: I have NEVER been contacted, and NO assistance has been given regarding who to contact.Their response to THIS claim has been the ONLY means of communication received from this company.No contact from OneGreatFamily has been made in response to my messages through the websiteThere also hasn't been any contact through email, by phone, or by mail. I have contacted them countless times through all of those ways of communication. I have messaged them countless times from their sites "contact us" page, and each time I get an automated email response saying they have received my message and they will get back with me within business day. That has never happened.When you call the phone number on their website (1-877-643-8733), the phone doesn't ring at all, and you get a prerecorded message saying "customer service is unavailable at this time, please leave your name, number email address, and a brief message regarding your call today, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible." I have left a few messages, and NEVER heard back from them at all.I am contacting this company, because I am the victim of identity theft and I am dealing with dangerous harassment issues, and they have very sensitive information available about me on their site. The only thing I am requesting is they assist me in removing my personal information from their site.Please help me with my request

information from their website after several requests to remove itThey also lied to Revdex.com regarding their interactions with me, stating that they had reached out to me to resolve the matter and were waiting to hear back from meThey had in fact, already heard back from meThey feigned compliance, when in fact there was no action taken I have never been able to reach anyone by phoneThey do not respond to most emailsThey fail to provide a full name in email correspondence. I have never done business with One Great FamilyThey display personal information such as date of birth, place of birth, full name of parents, mother's maiden name, for the public to view.
