Review: I dropped off a dress to be dry cleaned on Friday, December 26, 2014, and it was promised to be ready on Saturday, December 27, 2014 between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. When I went to pick up the dress that I planned to wear that evening, I was told they could not locate my dress and I had to wait until Monday. Since I had plans to wear the dress that evening, I asked if they could spend more time looking for my dress. The owner of this establishment was extremely rude and went as far as saying that I had to get out of his business by 5:00 p.m. I have called today and the owner claims that they are still looking for my dress and I gave him a cell phone number to contact me today when my dress is found. While I was in this establishment waiting for my dress to be found, another customer had clothes included in her order that did not belong to her.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of my dress and the cost of the dry cleaning since I was totally inconvienced and my life was interupted because of their negligence.

Review: I was in Virginia for business trip and needed a dry cleaning service, and found this One Price Cleaners using [redacted] maps from my hotel ([redacted] in Laburnum). I dropped off 2 pairs of suits (jackets and pants) last Thursday 8/6/2015 and picked them up on Saturday morning 8/8/2015. I checked my suits right there in their facility only to find they looked liked they just came out of the dryer looked visibly crumpled with obvious wrinkles and showed them to the male attendant who handed them to me (with 2 other females who just came in after me which I presumed are employees of the facility bec they stayed behind the counter together with male employee) and the male employee acknowledged seeing the wrinkles on both the suits and pants. Then he called somebody by phone who came out from the back of the facility who acknowledged to be the owner who wrote his name on his business card "[redacted]". I showed him the suits and asked him if he noticed what's wrong. He said that with the price that he is charging, there is nothing he can do. I said, I paid what I was billed for for $9.16 and never bargained so I deserved what you advertised as dry cleaner. I asked if he can iron/pressed my suits which he arrogantly in a raised voice declined. So I said I will file a complaint with Revdex.com and he arrogantly asked me if I needed the number.

The arrogance of Mr. [redacted] against a customer without any show of reconciliation of customer satisfaction deserve investigation. I was wondering how many more customers were treated arrogantly knowing it is right close to a known customer-oriented [redacted] Hotel.

I really hope this kind of business attitude needs to be addressed and I am willing to fly back to face [redacted] to give him a good education on customer service which he needed for his business.

By the way I informed the [redacted] Hotel personnel NEVER to refer any hotel patrons seeking dry cleaning service to this One Price Cleaner facility.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to contact me by email about his plans with his arrogance and attitude to his customers.
