They DID NOT Fulfill ANY OF the terms of contract and they refuse to do so My wife had the company out to fix our AC, which they installed years prior as we built the house The person said that we needed a part, which was covered by warranty but labor was not and suggested that we purchase for $a year warranty, which would get us a discounted rate on the job and entitle us to have the machine serviced TWO times during the year The person was supposed to come back with part but never did, he told us that he was able to do a "quick fix" which was only temporary My wife called several times both almost a year ago and recently She set TWO appointments for someone to come out to the house and both times NO ONE CAME!!!! She also set an appointment and had to change the appointment and not one called her back and no one came to the house as our Nanny was home and said she saw no truck and the bell never rang the AC has been on the fritz and I have called on separate oc

Rafael Vis excellent! He was prompt, courteous, and informative He explained what he did for my annual maintenance check and made sure any issues I might have had were addressed He is an excellent employee!

Rafael V. serviced and repaired our AC units today. As always, he was very thorough and professional. He came when he said he would, kept us informed as to what he was doing and left everything in great shape.

Company not complete the repair we are under warranty from our cooling/heating unit
We notice the company One Stop in January to have a bad sound from our cooling/heating unit installed from their company in our new house, they sent us MrRey A(Service Technician) to repair the unit, he didn't, we call again they sent us another technician, he didn't provide his name, he took some pieces from our unit and never come back
We call the company again and they sent us Mr, Rey Aagain, he told us the last technician took important parts from our unit, and now the unit is inoperative to work, he recommended to replace the whole unit for a new one, since we are under warranty
I call the company many times and nobody give me and answer about the replacement

OneStop HVAC has been continuously contacted to answer a complaint for service and they do not respond when called or provide status to when resolved

Brand New A/C system does not function properly One Stop technicians and engineers have not made any legitimate attempt to rectify the situation
My newly pregnant wife and I purchased a brand new home in September that came equipped with an A/C system installed by One Stop Cooling and Heating Tampa, LLC (One Stop) On our very first moving day, we called One Stop because the home was not cooling A technician arrived and claimed there was no refrigerant in the system Noting this as strange, the technician "added Freon" and assured us the problem would be solved
A few days later, my wife and I noticed that regardless of the temperature setting in the home, the air flow from the unit was nearly non-existent We again contacted One Stop, their technician came to our home, increased the fan speed and told us the issue would be solved

Rafael Vis one of the best technicians of any of the trades who has ever come to our house He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional He diagnosed the problem quickly and didn't stop until he had looked at every aspect of the situation He was wonderfully competent and thorough
