ONE STOP HEATING AND AC
Just wanted to Warn Consumers about shotty and misleading practices from this company!!!!!
They installed our AC in our new taylor morrison home at the *** at *** *** *** Florida
For year!!!!! YES YES YES YEARS they month we moved in I knew there was a problem!
The first thing I noticed was a very High Electric Bill in this State of the art High Efficiency HomeI noticed my electric bill was about $more then my neighbors with the same house
So not to drag this on!!!!
The airhandler in the closet was and OLD OUTDATED MODEL THEY TRIED TO PUT IN MY HOME!! After a year of high electric Bill's I did some investigatingCome to find out THAT ONE STOP PUT A PHONY MODEL NUMBER ONE THERE ONE STOP QC STICKER TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A NEWER MODEL!!!!!
THE OLD ONE WAS A 13SEER RATED OUT DATED IN 2014!!! I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A 14SEER!@!

I have a brand new home built by *** *** at *** *** The a/c does not cool the entire house and the house has different temperatures in all the roomsI made an early morning appt three weeks in advance and they never showed upI called and the first dispatcher said that someone in Winter Park changed it without telling anyone elseI spoke to more people and three denied this happenedI paid for an extended warranty as the system is still not repairedI have asked them to send an experienced a/c person to repair the situation and not someone that is brand newOwn your mistake and repair the problem NOW!

Jaid is very professional, nice, polite and very well respected by my neighbors and II'v had a problem with my fan's for over a weekI walked up to his truck as he was leaving my neighbors house, and asked him for help"He said, give me minutes" Well, it was fixed minutes laterHe accomplished what the electricians couldn'tHe didn't have to fix the problem, but he did!! Brian and Mike came to my home to balance A/C They took readings of all flow vents within the home with a very safisticated piece of equipment After that they went to their truck and crunched the numbers They returned, made the necessary adjustments and now everything is fine an even cooling throughout the homeThese guys are very professional, even wore shoe covers in the home

They DID NOT Fulfill ANY OF the terms of contract and they refuse to do so
My wife had the company out to fix our AC, which they installed years prior as we built the house The person said that we needed a part, which was covered by warranty but labor was not and suggested that we purchase for $a year warranty, which would get us a discounted rate on the job and entitle us to have the machine serviced TWO times during the year The person was supposed to come back with part but never did, he told us that he was able to do a "quick fix" which was only temporary My wife called several times both almost a year ago and recently She set TWO appointments for someone to come out to the house and both times NO ONE CAME!!!! She also set an appointment and had to change the appointment and not one called her back and no one came to the house as our Nanny was home and said she saw no truck and the bell never rang the AC has been on the fritz and I have called on separate oc

Rafael Vis excellent! He was prompt, courteous, and informative He explained what he did for my annual maintenance check and made sure any issues I might have had were addressed

Rey Ahas been to our home several times to diagnose and correct problems with our AC/ heating He is excellent at finding the root of the problem when other techs have been unable to do so He is extremely knowledgeable of all facets of the unit Even when he has found the cause of the issue, he continues to check everything out to make sure nothing was missed Additionally, he is punctual, calls when he is enroute, puts on booties, cleans up any mess, is respectful, polite, explains his evaluation and repair, and has a great worth ethic

I have decided to leave this review on the quality, politeness and responsiveness of Rey, the tech from One Stop He knows all, does all and does more than asked He is a great tech and a great face for One Stop We have had almost every part of new Carrier system replaced by Rey in the last months and he explains exactly the process, the parts and the fix

Failure to respond to service requests and failure to provide service under warranty
I purchased a home in February that came equipped with an A/C system installed (last fall) by One Stop Cooling and heating
Since February, I have had the system serviced by One Stop, to ensure that it's in working order The A/C stopped working on 8/19/and will not power on
My power company came to my house on 8/20/and they verified that my home has no electrical issues that may have caused the A/C unit to fail
I called One Stop times on 8/20/for a service appointment, since my unit is under warranty To date, I have been unsuccessful in securing an appointment with a One Stop technician
With each call, I leave messages with the answering staff To date, I have been without A/C for about hours, and I have had to vacate my home because it is too hot and posing a health risk to me

They installed new AC system at constructionNever installed year media filter , even though I ordered one.....and refused to stand by their installationNO FILTRATION FOR MONTHS BEFORE I NOTICEDCindy in the Tampa office stated "someone probably stole it", therefore "it's not their problem" Never came out to assess the situationThe service supervisor called and hung up on me when I asked if I should be concerned about MoldHad a separate AC company come out to clean duct work and coilsLet's scale this on a 1-(being worst)
