Review: I paid for an annual service in Sept. for pest control to be done quarterly. I have spoken to someone several times the last time being May 27, 16 and was told someone would be out in a few days and I have received dno service nor have I been refunded. The phone number I have been calling is 301-751-4032. I have also attempted tyo call 540-621-0012 and it has been disconnected or changed.Desired Settlement: I would like refund as I feel the contract was voided as they did not provide service, but kept the money,

I may be willing to accept service, however I don;t understand why it has not been provided.

Review: Original contract for weep hole covers 04/30 at a cost of $250. Originally told that product not delivered with company order, then told manufacturer had haltered production. My wife agreed that we could wait a couple of weeks for the product to be delivered. Company installer said he would call on 06/01 but did not. My wife and I agreed to cancel service and called 06/02 to inform the company. Installer said he would call back the following Monday but I told my wife to inform him that we did want to continue service as we had already had several excuses despite agreeing to wait 4 weeks already. on 06/23 the company office representative emailed to say we would receive a refund but they were not aware of the issues because we had been speaking to the installer. Since then my wife had gone 'back and forth' with emails explaining our reasons for not wanting their services and asking where our our fund was. The company seem to be getting more and more reluctant to provide a refund citing that 'they have 120 days', 'they did nothing wrong', 'they don't have to refund us' and acting like they are doing us a favor. Originally they suggested that they would provide a free pest control service if we continued with the contract but we did not trust them to provide any service in a timely manner now. It has been 3 months since the original agreement and nearly 6 weeks since they agreed to refund us. I am disgusted at our treatment by a company who quickly cashed our check without having the product available to provide the service.Desired Settlement: I want my $250 back ASAP with no further excuses. If you can cash a check that quickly then you can write one quickly too.

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the business. He stated that the customer was contacted that the refund should be sent out this week. He was out of the office but once he got back he contacted the customer to provide the refund.

Review: Eric O[redacted] of One Strike Pest Control offered me one year pest control services, including an initial service on 10/14/15 and 3 quarterly visits thereafter. The services included unlimited, free in-between and emergency services for a full one year warranty. The total cost was $300.

Eric and his helper arrived on 10/14/15 and treated the outside of my property. After the 10 minute service, Eric gave me an invoice and insisted on full upfront payment by check. I told him I would prefer to pay quarterly and by credit card, but he told me that his credit card reader was broken. I told him he could call me when his credit card reader was fixed, but he insisted that the reader was going to stay broken and as a small company, he could not afford to keep paying credit card processing fees. He demanded full payment by check.

My payment check cleared on Tuesday, 10/20/15.

I called Eric on Friday, 10/23/15 because I noticed an ant infestation in my kitchen and requested emergency service. I called and left several messages. He did not return my call until Saturday, 10/24/15, and promised me that he would address this problem “early in the week.” He refused my emergency service request, because he said that his son was sick and in the hospital at VCU-MCV. I pushed for Monday service, but he would not commit.

Eric, nor anyone else from the company, called or ever showed up to render services. I called Eric again and left messages several times on Friday, 10/30/15, however, Eric failed to even return my call. The last message that I left was to request a full refund of my $300 since he failed to render services.

I left a message again for him on Saturday, 10/31/15 and again on Monday, 11/2/15. I repeatedly requested a full refund, but he failed to even return my calls. I sent Eric a written letter on 11/2/15 detailing the timeline of events and again requesting a full refund of my $300 for his failure to render agreed upon services. Eric has yet to respond.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $300 that I paid to this company for services that the company failed to render.

Given how expediently Eric cashed my check, he can certainly write my refund check quickly. My family and I have suffered from an ant infestation while waiting for Eric to respond. We have now hired a different pest control service.
