One Strike Pest Control

Review: [redacted]this company signed a contract w/me on 8/19 2015 to treat my attic to get rid of rodents. They came highly recommended on the computer. I have been unable to contact them since then, continuilly emailing them and calling on both numbers(540 621 0012 never answered). I've left messages on the second # 301 751 4032. It now says the message box is full. I originally paid them to come back and check the rodent situation in 2-3 weeks, which they never did. Now, my situation is such I have to contact a reputable company to help me out. I cannot go on w/ squirrels, etc. in our attic.

They assured me after I paid them for the start of the contract($125), this problem would be resolved.

Since I cannot get them to fix the remaining problem, what is your suggestion in the Warrenton, VA area?

The man that started me on this' road is Eric from One strike pest control LLC.Desired Settlement: If noone can be contacted, I'd like my money back, since they never completed the job.

I did warn them in a message( have no idea if they got it) that I would do this, but still no reply.

Please make any suggestion that is a reputable company(not Terminex, they don't know what they are doing), so this can be resolved.

Revdex.com spoke with a representative from the business who stated that they had performed service for the customer, and informed her that a one-time service would not completely solve the problem and she would need more than once treatment. He stated that they offered her a pay-as-you go contract because they were aware the customer was having financial difficulties. The representative stated that he attempted to call her back to schedule another service, but that she was difficult to get ahold of. He stated that he would call her, and rather than call him back, she would email. He wouldn't see emails at the time they were sent, but as soon as he received the email he would call her to attempt to schedule a service. He said that the customer was 60-70 miles from his location, and that he cannot come out without the service being scheduled ahead of time with confirmation the customer will be there so they can perform the service. He also stated that the customer has not attempted to call since last year. He said that he is willing to continue performing services for the customer, but that the one time service she paid for was completed and will not be refunded.

Hello, this is my reply to a complaint for One Strike Pest control.Eric, who was the main contact for my problem, came out to access the attic. I paid him and he said he would come out again to check the traps, which he did ONCE. The second time he came his sidekick(don't know his name) sprayed around the window around the garage area. Eric went into attic and said the squirrels were gone. Later, in about a week, I emailed him and said they were back. No reply, no attempt to contact me back. He never put in the netting he said he would to keep them out in the future.It is not the truth that I did not try to contact him--I, in fact sent 2 emails, no reply, 2 phone calls, no reply. I finished off by 1 more email to warn him-no reply and I would contact Revdex.com. No reply, so I did.He originally was referred to me by [redacted]. They no longer refer him,he has been dropped from their list.I will try to find another reputable company.Please reply when you get a chance to see if we should continue this as to the next step.Thanks, [redacted]
