our offers based in the coverage that the customer have ( *** ), and his invintory list was very clear stating that he have one item missing witch is he write in his hands after cheking all his stuff and he write that everything is counting for expect dining table

we send him an offer trying to solve this and he put that he have alot more missing witch is wrong because he chek the inventory himself with the driver item by item
I understand that Mr*** is trying to get as mutch as he can by putting too many items to make it look big But, im sorry it dosent work that way, it have to be under the rules and regulations not under what he is thinking is right for him
he is trying to push the company to give him more and more and its all lies and I have the paper that he write with his hand writing that everything is good but the table top
I would say that we give an offer and we have nothing else to offer since we have alot of emailes and they all talking about different things and non of them the same

We like to sell our materials more than letting customers spend our time waiting for materials witch take more than an hour to bring, table top more than pounds is it made of steel ? We refuse this statement and we are willing to solve this with reasonable settlements and what the lows require us to do, other than that we don't have no offers We try to make all customers happy BUT it have to be real claim when there is one and to make sure it's reasonable

USD were paid towards storage charges in addition to USD on delivery
The men were not runing from home to truck as my residence is a close neighbourhood and the truck was parked closer to the home and it is a delibrate organised theft by the groupThey damaged my home at many places for which I had supporting documents from the builder as they repaired the walls and flooring after the unloading
They damaged the fridge on unloading
My TV was purchased from Sams club and unfortunately the receipt was kept along with the TVIt was inch SAMSUNG Smart TV
and the model and details were alreaedy sent to ONEWORLD linesI am still trying the get a copy of the receipt from Sams club and my request was sent ot walmart and at any time I will be getting the copy or certificatge of my payment towards the TV
I had paid $2130USD ars on unloading at CA and $1385USD on loading at houston in additon to $sent thro Bank of America Transfer towards storage charges

I have all the e mails copy apart from voice mails requesting them to ship my materila but was delayed for more than a month
It is a clear breach of trust though I had paid all the dues and feed towards shipping, I must get the TV replacement as it was delibrately stolen and not delivered

*** *** I don't accept this response due to me buying the material because they told me to buy to save money and they patched it up the table top alone ways more than lbs

This is the time I used them after my friend experience, Calvin, Antonio and Gerardo were my movers at the pickup endThey packed all the furniture with shrink wrap and moving blankets with great care and professionalismI bagged my queen mattress and didnt expect them to wrap it in sturdy boxes for extra protectionEven when the truck had a flat, they called their repair guy and kept workingThey were respectful, courteous and above all very hard-working til the job was completeGreat job guysFour stars for the sales end thoughRon, however good at getting the deal signed, I felt disappeared after the saleAlso I specifically asked if I should get a parking permit for the truck and his response was the truck was small enough so "not sureSure I recommend them for friends and family good job

Complaint: ***Appreciated the response from Oneworld but in my case they engaged a sub contractor due to their operational constraints to move the material in accordance with CA traffic rules etc ( I was told ) and all the miss-happening due to the act by the sub contractor most possible. But at last for me Oneworld is the ContractorUnfortunately Oneworld is being charged on the incident.By the way in the past comments it was recorded that I had not paid 800$ towards the warehouse storage chargesI had attached the BA transfer slip to confirm that amount was paid before shipping the material as it was a base condition as otherwise my stuff would not have moved out of the warehouse.Anyway I feel sorry to blame ONEWORLD but be on my shoe as my contract is with ONEWORLD who has to accept the act of their sub contractorIt was the act of the Driver as I feel from the way he responded and also do wish to check his truck as he told me for sure it was missing as he was not sure at loading point or in transitWhen ONEWAORLD Manager was contacted at the very same moment both the driver and the Manager of ONEWORLD confirmed me it was loaded into the truckThen the driver agreed in saying yes but lost in transit and he responded by laughing " Claim from the Company or Insurance as it is common on shipping from long distance"Appreciated to get it resolved

I moved times in the past years, one world helped me out the last twoI found about them from a friend and they did a good job when I search them and I see this I just want to give my experience with them ill use them FOREVER

1) your offer completely missed the $you extorted from my *** *** (yes you stole from a *** ***!)In addition you refused to recognize 1/of the items you lostI have sent you a list of the items lost and their weightI accecpt that I will never recover the value of the items that YOU lost, but I feel I should receive fair compansation for those items and the money you extorted from my *** ***. Again; upon finding out that I was out of state you required my *** *** to pay you $for $worth of packing supplies, how much of this do you propose to pay me back? Next please go over the list I sent you of items you lost and their weights and tell me how much you propose to pay me for the over $of my belonging you lost?

was offered a TV since his TV was Stolen in from of his house they day of delivery, as far as storage we gave him more than 800$ discount for late fees and storage that didn’t get paid, the insurance that he select for his move is cent per pound per article that was the agreement and I refuse 100% what he is saying about steeling and theaf , to solve this now I would go to the agreement that we did and what we sign for and offer him the cent for the items that he is claiming

I am rejecting this response because: I did not have an opportunity to go through the items delivered with the driver as who ever wrote the response writes. I noticed the table top missing as I signed the document and told the driver that if they misplaced a 200 lb table top there is certainly more missing. I was told that the company has insurance and it would be not problem my items would be replaced (not that I would be offered 60 cents per lb of the things they lost).  turns out I was correct, they had lost a lot more then just the dining room table top.
I want nothing more then for the moving company to do the job they were paid, and paid a lot, to do. I don't think that is asking too much. If they can't and they are so disorganized that they lose my stuff (and please read other on-line reviews, I'm not the only person who's stuff they have lost!). If anyone here is a cheat it is the moving company who, when they showed up to pick up my stuff, realizing that I was out of town and that my teenage son was the only one there threw in an extra charge of $500 or 3 boxes, 2 plastic bags and 1/3 of a roll of tape! If that seems outrageous to you you are not alone, adding insult to injury they proceeded to lose my stuff and now are refusing to paid a fair price to replace it.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I am hopeful that we can resolve this matter in a way that is OK for both parties. Since you state that you are open to negotiation let us please start with the extra $700 you required from my [redacted] on the day of the move. The $700 was for 3 boxes and a roll of tape. I feel that is a grossly excessive cost for those items. I think I could buy those items at a U-Haul for $30, so I request that as a show of good faith negotiations you reimburse me $670 for this excessive charge.

NEVER use this company or the moving broker Map System movers. They lost or damaged over $7,000 worth of my things. How do you misplace an entire credenza for an office desk? And how did I get a box of items from another load that aren't mine? Their crew put heavy boxes of books on top of lightweight items clearly marked fragile. A nerve wracking nightmare of unprofessionalism.

Customer is right somehow, One World never ever book the job for the customer or get any deposit, customer submit a contact form to One World, we called the customer and she said that she was booked and she paid 100$, we request the paperwork that she have, it was not One World paperwork and the job...

was not approved by One World, investigators are working in the issue, of customer prove that she was booked with one world by any email was sent from One World or Deposit Charge for One World we are fully responsible for refund and a free move.

They did a good job moving my from Dallas tx to Miami Fl . Definitely they are one of the best I wo use them again for sure .
