One World Van Lines ripped me off. they took my deposit gave me a quote 2 months early and then change the contract and didn't arrive until late that afternoon when my appointment was for 8 a.m. from reviews I read they are notorious for breaking contract and changing them and for coming late which they did with me. plus they expect cash for delivery. somewhat like mafia. despite refusing to do the job the company has not called me back about refunding my deposit.

WE ARE TRYING HARD TO SATISFIED CUSTOMERS AS THESE DAYS OUR SEASON IS ON, CUSTOMER LIKE MR. [redacted] DOES NOT HAVE A FULL VALUE PROTECTION INSURANCE HE HAVE THE BASIC VIOLATION WITCH IS 60  CENT PER POUND PER ARTICLE . BASICLY HE PACK EVERYTHING TO SAVE SOME MONEY WITCH IS WE TALKED ABOUT...

WITH HIM AND THEN HE CALLED THE COMPANY START TALKING IN A NON RESPECT WAY AFTER HE RECIVE THE OFFER MATTRESSESS AND T.V TABLE AND ALL THE BOXES WAS PACHED BY HIM BECAUSE HE REFUSE TO PAY PACKING SERVICE WITH ALL OF THAT WE STILL OFFER SETTLEMENT THAT HE DOES NOT ACCEPT I WANT HIM TO RESPECT OUR EMPLOYEE AND NEGOTIATION IS THE KEY .

Sorry for that sir, we are a moving company we do try very hard to explain the violation and the insurance , Our agreement is to cover u with 60 cent per pound per article and yes we did give u the choice of full coverage, I talked to u and I try to solve this and we are still willing to solve it . u can contact us anytime with questions or contact the Revdex.com and get a direct number and we are available for any fair solution .

We did move this gentleman before with some facts that he still owe the company storage fees and late fees as we try to contact him for MONTHS without any respond and when he respond he talked to me personally and that's one of his lies I'm the OWNER I'm not a sales man and I never been in sales ,...

after that I javelin him more than 500 $ in discount anyway papers is Available . Then in the delivery hos T.V was stolen when they was unloading to his home as they run from the truck to the home many times But I still ask him to send me an receipt with an model number and that I'm going to take care of it as he have basic coverage of 60 CENT PER POUND per article and I never had any receipt as I get this complaint I'll and I talked to this customer before two days to solve it I'll go throw my legal actions from Monday as he have to sign a claim for and from there we go .

Regards, Here are the photos of the items one world van line damage and also the table is made out of pure glass and steel weighing over 60lbs I also have witness that saw one world and the owner pack the stuff I also have the paper work where it's says they packed the stuff.

Sir, I habe prove that your chek each and every item that was delevered, and you say that in your hand writing in your inventory list , and you sign for it.
Im sorry for what happen but your looking to get money out of us and its so clear us since you are changing day by day and this is not right . now talking about my company I need you to respect and to watch what you are saying yes we do have bad reviews and we have 99% satisfied customsers our records shows that and I dont need you to give me a certificate .
first it was one item and you chek everything and sign on that and now its going upp and up and im sorry u need need to be realistic about it not to try to get as mutch as u can , about the insurance we are insured 100% and about your son I think your son was in contact with  you during the move and he go to the univercity so he is not a kid and he know what he is doing and the other thing we are trying to solve this not to urge and make it go right and left and we give you an offer, u refuse it , is ok thank you for your business we cannot offer your more than what our violation plan give specially when ur trying to put all your items there .

Took my inventory room by room made sure to fulfill my special request to take extra precautions on my dining set. Packed each room one by one, they had a system and was very thorough with all items in my house. The whole process was pretty easy going, the guy who took my inventory was calm and patient with me, over the phone. For booking I also received free boxes, that was cool, considering I had a 3 bedroom to move, full packing including to Florida was 5500. The movers were respectful and experienced received everything same way it was. 10 plus rating I would recommend One World Van Lines.

Mr [redacted],We are a company that try our best to serve our customers, we dont have people who steel things it might be a missunderstanding, As a business owner I contacted you too many times trying to resolve this and I already explain everything to you as far as how things can be resolved, from my understanding that you are telling me that we are steeling and this is something u have to see in your mirror and I dont allow NOBODY to disrespect my company.I called you yesterday 2 times today morning 1 time with no answers . that happen many times communication is the key sir plz spend some time with me in the phone to finish this matter and please watch your words .Thank You[redacted]

We send him an offer as the statement of the paper work and the agreement he refuse it and he is looking for more, as far as our insurance go all our customers have the option to have the full value protection witch was not selected in this move I can provide paperwork if needed in these 2 cases.

Work were very professional courteous , and explained as the process went on by each phase of the work performed, we were happy we choose them to load our household .

I am rejecting this response because:1) I have paid all the dues for the storage and shipment. I had paid these via bank of America cheques that includes $ 800 ware house charges apart from $ 3400 plus towards transportation. It is a false statement at first place that I have not paid the charges. Only after getting all the payments the driver had unloaded the material.
2) The TV was not lost in my house. It was stolen by the shipping company or his employees and was not brought to my house for unloading. The driver signed in the document that he did not delivered the TV3) The method of stealing of TVs is a well organized crime by the people and they respond to the Customer to make claim thro Insurance as a standard reply.Lost TRUST and a clear case of cheating common public. This will continue unless the situation is corrected and punished the culprits. If I proceed with further legal action as I intend to do all the legal charges would be claimed and remains payable as I had given ample chance and time  to correct the situation. Revdex.com is requested to ban such operators involved and their bad Reputation

I'll just have to deal with this and I'm sorry to move you and sorry to know you, I feel bad for the movers that moved you SCAM ARTISTS you and your husband, but anyway I'll make sure not to move scams no more you are a big lie and a looser sorry for the comment for the people and for you I'll I'm sure you don't deserve nothing and yes we try to call you a lot you scam artist and I'll make sure that we get paid each and every penny that you don't pay us . And again sorry to move you scam artists .

I had a wonderful experience with one world Van lines. They moved me from Texas to California and the process was so smooth and organized. They did everything from start to finish, and took the stress out of the picture. I highly recommend them!

On the form that I signed I noted that at least the top of my dinning room table was missing, likely more items. And yes there were many more items missing. So yes I signed the inventory list, but I also made note that items were missing, it is these items that I have been discussing.
 
If you were at all sorry for losing my furniture you might have been talking to me about any effort that you were making to find them, but I heard nothing from you for 3 months after my initial complains. Instead I received your version of customer care; I was ignored and then when I dared to complain you accuse me of lying! Since you have chosen not of even try to locate my items, nor to reimburse me for my losses, you can be sure I will let everyone know what poor service you have provided.
 
When you arrived to pick up the my belongings my son was there, at the time he was a minor and he is legally blind and you took advantage of that to cheat us out of $700 for a few cardboard boxes and some tape. those are the facts, would you like me to provide evidence that he is blind? I'll be happy to when you clearly justify charging me $700 for a few boxes and a roll of tape!
 
Your last point was that I am trying to get as much as I can for the losses I suffered (which just by saying it like this you admit that I suffered losses, in disagreement to what you say in your opening paragraph). You did make me an offer, it was less then 10% of the losses that I suffered. So I made a counter offer, you have decided to ignore that. Seems to me it would be your turn to respond with a counter offer? Instead you've decided to accuse me of trying to cheat you! The items I have lost can in large part be documented; I have siting in my garage the base for a dining room table (top missing), the legs and rails fro my desk (top missing) the frame for my shelves (shelving missing), the head and foot board and mattress for my spare bed (side rails missing), and a head board with the back piece missing, and the list goes on. Why would I choose to move these items unless I wanted to use them, certainly not to get money from you! Then there is the damaged item (fileing cabinet) that you have not addressed at all.
 
I will be happy to discuss reasonable compensation for the gross over charge of $700 for boxes and tape, and for the items that your company and contractors lost or destroyed.
