No corporate contact info.
I am trying to cancel my membership and cannot get anyone to answer the phone at my local One life Fitness Center and I can't find a corporate number. Meanwhile, my membership is getting charged to my bank account and I'm unable to go to the center or talk to anyone. I realize COVID 19 is holding everything up but there should still be a way to contact the company and cancel my membership.

I thought the membership was $39.99 per month. I just joined last week and I am being told
that I need extra help and cant work out without a personal trainer which is $45 per session.
But if I can only do a trainer once a month the cost is $50 a session which adds an additional $200 per month. I can't afford this additional cost so what do I do now? I can't imagine most people being able to join at this cost. And you have sign a 90-day contract with the trainer. Help. What should I do?

We thought the best solution for this customer was to allow her to cancel until she could returnWe apologize if this sounded like we did not want to give her a the best optionWe guaranteed the same monthly dues and no additional initiation fee when she was ready to returnWe will be happy to freeze this membership for the time she requested if the customer feels this would be a better option.I would ask her to contact me as the General Manager and I will be happy to get this doneWe do value our customers and once again apologize for this experienceMy number is [redacted] .Thank you? Since this complaint was never brought to my attention as the General Manager I was not aware of this disputeI will investigate this and if necessary refund the amount requested to this customerI will contact the customer this week for a resolution and refund if necessary.Dan

Hello,Our records show that there was a request to cancel only two people from this customer who had four people on the accountHowever we would like to resolve this dispute and offer the remaining active member of this family, who is currently paying $per month, four months of free dues to
